I followed Vik up the stairs until we reached a door which we entered. The atmosphere was awkward, as I barley knew him.

"I have a plan" Vik said breaking the silence, I stayed quiet but mumbled back an answer.

"We can just stay up here for a bit, then we can go back down pretending we've done the dare," Vik explained

"Yeah, sure" I replied

"There's no need to look so scared, I won't do anything to you. Don't worry" He smiled at me, his eyes dazzling through the open window.

I smiled back before taking my phone out of my bag to read a book, eventually I chose a book written by Zoe Sugg called Girl Online. I had been reading it lately and thought it as a good book.

After about 2 chapters I looked up to see Vik sat at his desk, I hadn't really looked at the room when I came in but now I had the chance to look.

I didn't understand why Vik needed 3 computers, and all the set up but I let it slide before reading my book again. I didn't notice but Vik had seen me looking through the computer screen, also seeing my confused expression.

"Hey Amber, what's up?" He asked me

"Nothing much, why?" I replied

"I saw your confused look, what's wrong?" He said

"Oh well, I don't really understand why you need 3 computers. But I guess you must have an important job so it's fine" I replied

"What, you don't know?" He asked

"Don't know about what?" I replied

"The Sidemen?" He said. There was that name again.

"No, I'm sorry but I did hear people mentioning it before." I replied

"Oh well I guess I should tell you, me and the guys are  a group called the Sidemen. We're all YouTuber's, although we mostly post gaming videos" He explained

"Oh that's so cool!I bet it's fun to have fans eh?" I smirked at him

"It's Amazing, but sometimes the work gets tiring." He replied

"It's understand" I said

"We should probably get back, it's been half an hour" He said, and stood up from his chair. He offered his hand to help me up as I was sat on the floor which I accepted. His touch was warm and gentle, and I wasn't afraid of human contact which was new.

"You know you could've sat on the bed or a chair, you didn't have to sit on the floor" He laughed while we walked back to join everyone

"It felt rude to" I answered back

"Well from now on you are welcome to sit on any chair, sofa, cupboard and anything else you like while in this household" He said laughing, I laughed back before we rejoined rhe group and taking our usual seats.
