{Spencer's POV}
I mainly just stayed in my room for the rest of the day. I was too embarrassed, I had no idea why but I couldn't be around those strange boys for a little while. I had Girls Generation playing loud through my earphones and the Goblet of fire grasped firmly in my hands. A text came through my phone as the music stopped. It was a text from my brother Aden.
Aden: I hope your settling in lil sis :)
Me: Yeah my roommates are really nice
Of course I had to lie. I didn't want to worry him and mum and dad. The only reason I was in Korea was because my dad was Korean and mum is American and I didn't wanna be sent home just because I hadn't made friends yet. Dad taught me Korean because I liked kpop music from a young age, that was partly why my speaking of it was so good. I didn't look very asian though it was mainly all given to Aden.
Aden: Make sure you keep me updated about the fun things you do
Me: Fine. Tell mum and dad I love them
Aden: Do you love me?
Me: Aden go to sleep.
It would have been early there for him because of the time zones. Aden was one of my favourite people in my life and I was missing him already. I was the only one who new he was gay. He was only a year older than me but I am leaving it up to him to tell our parents. I continued reading until late and finally drifted off too sleep.
The next day:
I woke up and the sun was shining right in my eyes.
'Ow ow ow ow.' I whined I quickly shut the curtain. I layed back on the bed and snuggled the pillow. My bedroom had been on the end of the hallway with the other on left and right of each wall. From what I remembered there were 3 rooms on each side. Anyway, I was thinking too hard too early in the morning. I stretched my long legs and rubbed my eyes. Trudging to the mirror I changed my clothes, applied some makeup and put my hair up into a scruffy bun. Yawning I walked to the door and opened it. But it was stuck and not opening.
'What the hell.' I murmured. I rattled the door and finally I heard the lock click.
'Second time lucky.' I said whispering.
But I wasn't lucky. As I opened the door a whole bucket of white powder fell on top of me. I screamed and screamed, it was in my eyes stinging them. It was flour.
'WHAT THE HELL!' I screamed. Whoever had done this was going to pay. At the end of the hall another door opened and a brown haired boy stepped out, his hair was now white along with his body. He looked over to me, I must have woken him by my yelling. I took a step forward and the floor felt sticky and slippery. When I took another step forward my legs wobbled and I began crashing to the floor sliding a little down the hallway.
'A-are you okay?' He quivered
I turned to him and tried to get up from the slippery floor, it felt like butter. The attempt didn't work and I ended up letting out a heavy sigh.
'Not exactly.' I rolled my eyes.
He was itching his floury arms and looked at the floor.
'Im going to help you.' He said
I got on my knees and used the wall to help me.
'Cream! Are you kidding?' I said. Cream had been sprayed all over the walls. I fell back down again landing on my bum which hurt like hell.
The boy took a step forward and slightly slipped but straightened himself up because of the door frame he held on to. I slid over to him. We were really helping each other because we had to get away from this buttery floor. He took a step forward every ten seconds and made sure he was steady. I managed to get up and leaned against the wall. As he got closer I walked a few steps. He reached his hand out which was just a few inches out from my hand. I took a deep breathe and stepped forward. As I grabbed his hand we dived to the floor as he lost balance I had fallen on top of him and we were sliding down the hallway crashing into the lounge which stopped us. I was on top of him, he wore a mortified face. I only realised that our faces were centimetres apart just before I rolled of his body and let go of his hand.
