When I woke up it felt like something big was going to happen today, and not just Kakashi's 'survival training'. Dressing in my usual attire I walked downstairs to grab an apple while braiding my hair, but in the kitchen I heard a starnge rustling noise so I rushed in to see who-or what- the culprit was. Right there standing in my kitchen was my brother that I havent seen since my clan was murdered, to be honest I thought he was dead aswell.
"Kurai? I thought you were gone, how are you here, is anyone else alive?"
The questions seemed to pour from my mouth as I stare at my twin brother.
"Well hello to you to Yuki-chan, I'm obviously not dead, I'm here because while passing this village on my search for you, I saw you with three guys and some chick on a roof, and no not that I know of."
I rushed into my two minute older brother, possibly crushing, but right now I don't care.
"Kurai I thought I lost everyone I missed you so much."
I said, my voice slightly muffled by my face pressing into his shirt.
"I missed you too, but right now we need to go to the Hokage to see if I can be put on your team or not, ok?"
I nodded weakly, barely able to keep the tears away.
Once we got permission from the Hokage saying that Kurai could be on my team with me we ran to the training ground to find Kakashi, Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke waiting for us,
"sorry we're late I'm Kurai Miyuki's brother, and now the new member of your team"
Kurai said, flashing the peace sign. Rolling my eyes I looked towards Kakashi who explained to us that we need to get these bells from him before lunch or we get tied to a post. Right when he said go I grabbed Naruto, and Sasuke leaving Kurai to grab Sakura.
"HEY! MIYUKI STOP PULLING ME I NEED TO GET A BELL!" Naruto kept screaming the entire way to this little clearing where Kurai dropped Sakura in the middle of.
"Ok the point in this is TEAMWORK, Naruto I know you're good at the shadow clone jutsu, and Sasuke you're good at the fireball jutsu, and Sakura you're not really good at anything so heres how this is going to work," Kurai started to explain our plan.
"Everyone got the plan?" We all nodded, Sakura walked into the clearing where Kakashi was reading his book at while the rest of us set up,
"Oh Sakura you're going to try this bye yourself? Well ok here we go," Kakashi said all he got out a kunai, while they were fighting I started doing hand signs
" flailing ice storm," I mumbled. All the sudden a huge cloud forms over Kakashi, senbon needles fall from the cloud at 20 mph, while Kakashi dodges the senbon naruto make 3 shadow clones, Sasuke makes the fireball hand signs, and blows the fire around kakashi forming a circle, two of Naruto's clones jump into the fire and start fighting with kunai while another clone comes in and grabs all the bells. Once all the smoke clears we all start walking to the bell which still hasn't rung.
"I'm happy to say all of you pass! Out of all the teams I've had your the first team to ever figure out you're supposed to use team work." Kakashi says. Naruto starts dancing singing 'oh yeah I'm an ninja take that and put it in your ramen!' while Sakura squeals, Sasuke smirks a little, while I look at Kurai who didnt even do anything the entire fight except come up with a plan and say,
"thank you Kurai we most likely wouldnt have passed if it wasnt for your great plan" then I put my arms around him in another bone crushing hug and whisper,
"lets go home, but you're sleeping on the couch."
