In the morning Cross woke up to the chill of coldness. She walked downstairs to find Jackson wasn't home. So she started to make breakfast so that when he gets back he can eat. She knew he hadn't eaten in the morning because there wasn't a mess on the counter, he even leaves a mess when he makes toast.
A little bit after Jackson walked in with a passed out kid in his arms. Cross moved some pillows over on the couch so they could lay the kid down. The kid had brown hair that hung in his face and blue eyes. He was wearing a long what used to be white shirt. "Where did you find him?" Cross asked Jackson as she was checking to make sure the kid was alright.
"I found him passed out by a tree on the edge on the forest." Jackson answered
"Look." Cross said as she pulled some hair back to reveal a proxy symbol.
"S-slenderman." He said angrily.
"It's ok I understand. I never liked him." Cross said "we'll wait till he wakes up, ok?"
"Ok." Jackson said laying on the floor.
Later the kid woke up and was scared of the strangers in front of him. "D-don't hurt me please!" The kid pleaded.
"Shhhh we won't hurt you we just wanna know why you were in the woods, how old you are and what your name is." Asked Cross.
"Um... I was running away from this tall thing with no face but he caught up to me, I'm.....uh.....12 and I can't remember my name...." the boy said.
"Ok then we'll give you a name, if you wanna stay with us." Jackson said.
"Um...how are you guys like? Like how old are you, your names and why your here in the woods." He says while looking out the window.
"I'm Cross this is Jackson, he's 26 and I'm 25." Cross said.
Jackson continued. "We're here because where we used to live was to dangerous for us."
"Ok then I'll stay, but i need a name." He said with a big smile.
"Hmmm....how about Chase?" Jackson asked.
"No too athletic." He said laying back on the couch.
"How about Korbyn." Cross asked.
"I like it. Then my name's Korbyn." Korbyn said with a smile.

I think this my longest chapter at 387 words!!! Ok well if you don't know how to say Korbyn it's sounds like Corb-in. So I hope you enjoyed! ☠️👽☠️
