In the morning Korbyn got up really early to see Jackson staring at the wall. "Dad?....you ok?"
"No..." said Jackson in a low voice. Korbyn grabbed his shoulder to turn around but Jackson just hit his hand away.
"Dad......tell me what's wrong." Korbyn said putting his hand back on his shoulder just to have it hit away again.
"I can't tell you....." there was silence until he turned around. His eyes were all black and he was even more pale than he was normally.
"Dad!?"
"It's ok Korbyn...go upstairs and grab the needle out of the top drawer on my desk." Jackson said as he sprouted spider legs.
Korbyn ran upstairs and grabbed the needle. "Where do I inject it?!" He asked clearly worried or scared.
"In...my...arm...." Jackson said. It sounded like he was struggling for air. Korbyn injected it in his arm. "Thank you if you didn't do it, our house would be gone."
"Is that how powerful that thing is?"
"Yep, it's very dangerous too."
"What do you call it?" Korbyn asked kinda curious.
"The beast."
