The only light coming into the prefect's dorm was an open window, wind blowing into the room and blowing the scarlet and gold curtains toward Remus Lupin's empty bed. But where was the blonde-haired boy? He was sitting on the window seat, thinking about a certain raven-haired rebel while looking out at the bright grounds of the school he loved so much. Sirius was, of course unbeknownst to Remus, walking up to the door.

"Nexus" Sirius muttered the password into Remus' room. The door unlocked. Sirius turned the brass knob and turned it left

"Hey, Remmy" He mumbled. Remus' head quickly snapped over to look at Sirius.

"Hey" He smiled tiredly, jumping up to greet the taller boy. Sirius smiled down at Remus.

"Hey," Sirius chuckled, leaning down to place a light kiss on his boyfriend's head. Remus, despite his tired state, couldn't help but blush. Sirius pulled Remus toward him and wrapped his built arms around the petite boy's waist. Remus leaned his head onto Sirius' chest comfortably, smiling when Sirius hunched over to rest his chin on the back of his head. They stood in that embrace without movement or sound for about 3 minutes before Sirius pulled back to look at Remus.

He didn't talk, he just gazed down at this small boy in front of his eyes that trusts him so much, even though he had the most evil family in the entire wizarding world. He just stared into Remus Lupin's beautiful brown eyes, looked at the long scars along his face from scratching himself on full moons, and wondered how this boy could ever find himself ugly or weak? How could he hate himself? Then, how does he not hate him, Sirius Black? How does this marvelous boy stay with him? How does he trust notorious heart-breaker, the rebel, no-good, Sirius Black? He just stared at this wonderful boy, stuck in his thoughts about him.

Remus was nervous. He doesn't mind looking at Sirius, definitely not, It's just the grey eyed boy staring at him that made him self-conscious. Does Sirius hate him? Is there something on his face? Has Sirius figured out that he's too good for boring, bland, Remus Lupin? Remus looked at Sirius' features. Strong and built, the exact opposite of his weak, skinny frame. He had beautiful grey-blue eyes that reminded him of the colour of the sea. His perfectly tanned skin, his hands the perfect mix of soft and rough from playing quidditch. He then remembered that Sirius was staring back at him.

(That's how i spell colour. Get over it. I'm English. Get over your uneducated selves.)

'W-What's wrong?" Remus stuttered. Sirius chuckled at the boy.

"What? Can't a man just stare at beautiful things?"
"I'm no-"
"Don't you dare say you're not beautiful. Because you are. No one's allowed to bully my boyfriend, not even himself." Sirius smiled, leaning down.

The raven-haired boy pecked his boyfriend lightly on the lips. Remus blushed.

"Thanks," Remus whispered. Sirius smiled and sat on the edge of Remus' bed, pulling Remus into his lap and holding him close, as if..... he were holding their broken pieces together. Remus' hair was cuddled into Sirius chest again, and in about 15 minutes, both boys were asleep in that position.

Extra:

"Remus! We have t-" Lily Evans walked into Remus' dorm to see the boys asleep in each other's embrace.

The redhead smirked and got out her camera.
