"Now, after 4 years doing what's so called High School. We can all clap our hands and be glad we finished it." Michelle said as the schools valedictorian, Meanwhile AJ who passed her classes with A's and B's. The Class of 2019 clapped their hands, AJ cheered her girlfriend on and from the stage you can see Michelle smile towards AJ.
"Yeah, that my girl!" AJ cheered and the students in her area laughed at her. Michelle walked back towards AJ and gave her a hug and kiss before taking a seat next to her.
The principal then walked to the stage and gave a speech. "I didn't think some of y'all here would graduate, but boy I'm glad y'all proved me wrong." She said and the class clapped their hand. She continued her speech and everyone got quite when Principal Jones wanted to bring someone up.
"But I really want congratulate some one. AJ McAllister could you please come up." She said and everyone cheered while Michelle stood on her chair to embarrass her girlfriend.
"That's my girlfriend right there!" She cheered and AJ smiled as she went up the stage.
"This is AJ McAllister, she passed all of her classes with A's and B's, but she didn't have the cleanest record. I remember walking up to her on her first day of her Senior year telling her if she gets in trouble she won't be able to graduate. Then her girlfriend told me that, that's never gonna happen, and it didn't. AJ changed for the better, now she and her girlfriend have a full four year scholarship to Stanford." Mrs. Jones said and the everyone cheered.
"What I'm trying to say is that everyone has a chance to change for the better. Be an example for your younger siblings or be the best for yourself. You always have a chance to prove that you can be better than what you are now. I want to see everyone sitting here being successful in what they want to be. Prove to me that y'all can do better than just graduated highschool and go to college." She said and everyone clapped their hads.
"Congratulations AJ, and to everyone here." Mrs. Jones said before giving AJ a hug. AJ walked back to her with Michelle leaving Mrs. Jones behind.
"Welcome to the real world guys, congratulations to the class of 2019!" The principal yelled and everyone cheered, people started throwing their caps in the air, Michelle and AJ held hands and threw their caps in the air together.
"I guess we should start packing?" AJ said and Michelle shook her head no.
"We should have a vacation before we leave." Michelle said and AJ pulled her in for a hug.
"We should.."
Three Years Later
AJ's Pov
"So, were do you wanna go tonight?" I asked the girl laying next to me.
"I have track practice, so I don't know." Michelle said while getting out of our bed and walked to our closet.
"Ugh, I want to be with you!" I whined and Michelle laughed at me.
"I'm really sorry baby but I can't." She leaned into me and kissed my lips. "Mm, I have to go before I end up wanting more." She said and I pulled her in for another kiss. I bit her lip and she pulled away.
"I love you..." I whispered and she hid her head in the crook of my neck.
"I love you more...." she said and i kissed her temple Before she walked away and out of the door. I looked at the clock and read that it was 2:30 and I have calculus II in a bit so I got out of bed and dressed up.
"Shit, I don't have a key." I called Michelle and slipped on my shoes while I waited.
"What happened?" She said over the phone and I huffed.
