day thirty-three
"Sana!!" Called Nayeon, with a large smile spreading across her face. Sana turned around, happy to see her new friend. Nayeon and Sana had gotten quite close over three days. Despite the short time period, Sana felt incredibly comfortable around the older girl, and Nayeon felt the same way.
"I have a plan." Grinned Nayeon, looking at Sana with that 'Look' in her eye.
"What's it for?" Asked Sana, putting down her books for the next 2 periods on her desk.
"Y'know how Tzuyu hasnt been treating you.... Like you should be treated lately?" Nayeon said these words with caution, because she knows that the topic of Tzuyu is a tricky one. It was for Nayeon too. When Tzuyu told her that Sana was her girlfriend, she felt her heart break. She knew that her chances of winning the heart of the nerdy girl was gone.
Yeah, she liked Sana, but she sure had a funny way of showing it. Taunting, teasing, bullying, thats her form of flattery. She didin't know how to deal with having a crush on a girl, so she just pretended to hate her. It wasn't going to get Sana to like her, but she didin't know any other way to get her attention.
"Yeah... I know." Said Sana, the once happy and up-beat atmosphere suddenly changing to a sad and gloomy one.
"Let's make her jealous. What other way to make her realize that she loves you? To make her jealous. Worked for me with all my past boyfriends. Of couse, I didin't like any of them back, but it was fun to play around." Said Nayeon smugly, resting back in the uncomfortable, green plastic chair. Sana giggled, but she didint completely hate the idea. She thought it was quite smart, actually. Why hadent she thought of that?
"I mean, it's not a bad idea I guess. But, what would I have to do? If it involves cheating on Tzuyu, then I'm out." She said, grabbing her pencil case and fetching out her pen to carve "Satzu" on the wooden desk.
"Of course not! All you'd have to do is be a little flirty with me. I mean, thats exactly what she's doing with Lee Chan, right?" Asked Nayeon, making a convoncing argument. Sana sighed, lightly banging her head on the table.
"You should be on the debate team." Said Sana, her voice muffled by the table. Nayeon giggled, and put her face beside Sana's so their noses were almost touching.
"So? What do you think?" Said Nayeon playfully, causing Sana to laugh at her awkwardness.
"Fine. But if this doesn't work, I blame you." Joked Sana, smiling and poking Nayeon on her cheek.
"C'mon. Let's go show her what she's missing.~~~~
