Modern day

Rose was now 19 and looked nothing like her young 13 year old self. Instead of blonde long hair and perfect skin, She had black short hair, bleached eyebrows, and piercings. Her fashion didn't change much though, instead of wearing light blues like she use too it was always black or gray now. Her personality was the same though kind but sarcastic.

Rose was running down the crazy side streets of Greece, She then tripped over a homeless man who was sitting on the street, a medium sized package came flying out of her leather jacket.
"Shit"
she breathed out as she quickly fell on the floor catching it. The homeless man started cursing her out in Greek. She turned around and glaring at the man.

When two officers ran around the corner yelling at her. Rose then booked it, running as fast as she could to get away from the officers, she saw the library where her and Hannibal senior where living, she ran up the steps as she saw more officers coming from all around to stop her. She was about to go in when the door of the library opened and out walked out Fell, she was able to stop before she ran into him.

The officers surrounded the steps hunched over and panting when Fell asked,
"Is something wrong officers?"
One of the officers who was still panting like a dog replied.
"Yes.....Dr.....Knight. Eliza stole....... a small statue of Aphrodite"
Rose smiled and started to blow a bubble with her gum as Willam stuck out his hand and motioned her to give it to him. Rose smiled and handed him the statue wrapped in a brown paper and tied neatly with some yarn.

"Gentle men gentle men, my apologies but this is a huge misunderstanding. Eliza did not steal this statue no, I asked her to get it for me. Dr Van Scott wanted me to look at this beauty in the comfort of my own living space."  Fell then smiled happily. The officers were in disbelief. One of them said in s sharp rude tone.
"Can you just make sure Eliza stays home today, we don't need to be under false pretenses when people are actually trying to steal the artifacts"
Fell nodded as he grabbed Rose's arm tightly.
" of course of course! My apologies again I hope you all have a wonderful day."
"You too Dr James and Miss Eliza"

As soon as the officers were out of sight Fell held her arm tightly as he pulled her into their small apartment over the library.
"When someone says don't get caught? What does that mean?!?!" William hissed. Rose looked down knowing she was about to receive another lecture.
"Listen we need the money.....I know you hate selling stuff in the underground but it's great money."  Rose watched as Fell sat down on couch as she spoke. Yes she felt bad, she loved history just as much as William ,that's actually one of the things they bonded on, but they needed the money.
"Rose... I told you to be carful....." Fell had his face in his hands.
"I know William. I just got to reckless, I'm sorry." She walked over to him and sat on her knees as she laid her head in his lap. William then placed his hand on her head and stroked her hair.
" I'm serious Rose please be more careful. Or else"
She lifted her head up looking at him with a raised eyebrow.
"Or else what?"
He smiled 
"Your will by me dinner" he chuckled out. Rose rolled her eyes as she stood up and walked into another room. She fell on the comfy Queen sized mattress and slowly fell asleep.
