It was a busy day in Silver city miners hummed to the sound of their picks as they hit the stone but it seemed that there was no ore to be found. Gandare the goblin was a miner and was having no luck as always but as he was on his way home he noticed carriages lots of them on the way to the castle.

"I wonder what going on at the castle?" said Gandare

Gandare shrugged and walked home as he walked down the road he sall all the nice warm homes with family's inside, but as he made it to his house there was no family waiting in side only his cold room and with a empty belly he started a fire in his chimney as he walked over to the cupboard a cat came in.

"Hello girl how was your day?" asked Gandare

"Meoooow peeeer" said the cat

"Well cat hear is your food now that's all you get for the night"

"Meoooow" said the cat as she jumped on the counter

"....now what do I get too eat I have corn...um...some lettuce...and a pepper what can I make with that? what about a soup that sounds good." Gandare grabbed his pot and filled it with all the food he had left and made a eatable, but unsatisfying soup as he ate he thought what if he was special would people welcome him with open arms, but he knew that they still wouldn't because he's a goblin and no one trust goblins because they are just dirty thieves that steal whatever they want and have absolutely no honor in life and no feeling for others. But Gandare felt like he was meant for more than the life of a miner. Yes, his life was hard there was not a day he was beaten or tortured for what he was. No one wanted to look deeper to see his loving and gentle hart even after all he has been thru he still stands tall, but deep in his hart a hole begins to grow a hole of sorry and loneliness.
