Prologue:
In the old days a book was first spoken by mouth, it was translated into modern language, then changed from the old to the new. Now the final book in that testament is lived day in and day out. The book I speak of is “The Book of Revelations.” Stated in that book is the ruling of the world by the devil himself. His rule comes when his son “The Beast” is revealed to the world. His is only supposed to rule for two years until God steps in to save those who still have faith in him. Yet something is delaying him, it is nearing the fifth year of Lucifer’s reign. In these years the oceans have turned blood red, the four horsemen of the apocalypse have settled down in their own domains, and some of those who did not believe in God have died and become demons sent to terrorize those who still remain. Some have escaped that fate but still hide in terror of what awaits them.
Though the old saying stands true, “In Chaos there is Order and through Order there is Chaos.” One cannot exist without the other. An so with the creation of Satan’s son, Bane, God created a being of equal but opposite powers. She is God’s instrument of order meant to descend unto the world ruled by Lucifer, Bane and all the unimaginable evil. Her name is Serapphia, her mission is to only walk among those who remain and protect those she can from the demons until God sees it is time for him to bring those faithful to a utopia. Unknowingly does God realize that Bane and Serapphia are linked, when a pair of equal but opposite forces are created they are automatically drawn to each other.
This being of God’s eternal power may be what humans need but the humans are surviving the struggle. Many have formed villages, and demon hunting is now a most promising occupation. Some once known as “Men of The Cloth” became holy demon hunters. Lucifer did not mind these “Insects” to roam his world of damnation. Most died while others rose to the famous rank of Demon Slayer. In this world what awaits those who don’t know what their next move will be, or if they will make it another day? When someone is unpredictable but still have some faith that makes them dangerous.
