RAVEN'S POV
Sarah's father gathered every officer, agent, helper and as many police dogs as he possibly could before we all set out towards the wooded area near the end of town.
The sun had just risen and it was still somewhat dark in the forest, but we didn't care. We knew Sarah and Nate were in there and we had to get to them as soon as we possibly could.
We all pulled up to the edge of the wooded area and got out of the car to prepare ourselves for the search inside.
"Alright everybody, we're going to split up into large groups. There are five dogs, so we're going to go into five groups and search the woods. Radio me if you find anything!" Sarah's dad explained.
Everybody nodded and separated into groups, although me and Sarah's mother stayed with her father as we all walked straight into the woods.
Sarah's dad turned on his flashlight, while I put on my phone's flashlight to provide extra light as we walked deeper and deeper into the woods. As we continued walking into the woods, the sky was lighting up, but we still couldn't properly see anything ahead of us or on the ground just yet.
After about 20 minutes of finding absolutely nothing, with the exception of a few pieces of trash, the dog we were with suddenly went crazy and began to run. The person walking the dog held onto the leash as tightly as he could and tried his best not to trip and fall as he started running with the dog. We followed not too far behind.
Finally, the dog stopped as he sniffed uncontrollably at a spot on the ground. We became confused at first, because we couldn't see anything.
"Alright, we need to start digging." An officer stated.
Just then, Sarah's dad knelt down and brushed the dirt and leaves away, revealing what looked like wood.
"We don't have to dig." Sarah's dad stated.
Without any hesitation, we all brushed the dirt and leaves off that soon revealed a hidden underground cellar.
"Guys, we have something!" Sarah's dad announced over the radio.
We tried lifting the door up, but it was locked.
Sarah's Dad then took out one of his guns and shot directly at the lock to try and unlock it.
Finally, the door swung open and we could get inside.
As we entered, everything was dark with the exception of one light source. But in the corner, we could see a man tied up with a cloth covering his mouth.
But there was no sign of Sarah or Nate anywhere.
Suddenly, we found what looked like a door that lead to another room.
"Raven, you go and untie that man other there." Sarah's father demanded.
I nodded as I went and untied the man. As I was untying him, I watched as the guards were trying to kick open the door.
My mind was racing with so many things at that moment.
They both had to be in there. Otherwise, we wouldn't know what to do.

SARAH'S POVI was chained up against the ceiling, my arms dangling above me as I hung, barely touching the floor.
"Nate, please don't do this." I whispered to him once more.
He didn't respond. He continued to search through a drawer until he took out what looked like a large, sharp knife. It had dry blood stains on its edges. It was what he had probably used to kill all the other innocent people.
