Chapter 7

Jocelyn's POV

His lips were soft & gentle, I didn't want to stop kissing him but somehow I knew this was totally wrong.

I pulled away first from my first kiss.

"Jocelyn, I can't hide my feelings for you any longer." He whispered in my ear

"Justin..." Was all I managed to get out of my mouth before his lips met mine again

Again I pulled away first

"Justin this isn't right!" I said a little louder & stood up from the bed

"Lynn, please let me love you." He grabbed my waist & sat me down on the bed once again

He carefully grabbed my face & said "Do you know how hard it was to hide all my feelings for you?" He whined

"Justin, we're friends & that's it" I said but quickly regretted it

I knew he always felt the same exact way as I did but we knew it could hurt our friendship

"Lynn, I know that deep in that beautiful heart of yours there's feelings for me." He continued

He knew it & I knew it.

We can't keep this away from each other.

Before I could stop myself I grabbed his perfect face & looked into his dreamy brown eyes

"It was also hard for me Justin, but I was scared you didn't feel anything for me."

Before he could respond, I kissed him. His lips were addictive, I couldn't stop myself. I heard footsteps coming. But I couldn't stop kissing him

"Mommy, Lynnie is kissing juju!!" I heard a familiar voice yell

It was Michael & he just woke up from his nap. Just what I needed, a snitch! My heart was pounding so hard I wouldn't be surprised if the neighbors could also hear it.

"Mike, come here buddy!" Justin quickly yelled before Michael could go anywhere

Of course, Mike LOVES Justin so he quickly came

"Yes Juju?" He questioned

"How about if we make a deal?" Justin said

"What iz it gonna be?" He seemed interested

"If you don't tell your mommy about this I'll take you to the ice cream shop every week! Deal?" Justin asked

"Deal!" Mike said excitingly

Mike happily walked away & left Justin & I alone once again

"Lynn?" Justin questioned

"Yes Justin?" I quietly answered

He walked over to the door & slowly closed it & locked it.

What was he planning to do?

Justin's POV

I came over to the bed where Lynn was.

"Lynn, I'm being serious, do you know how hard it was hiding my feelings for you?" I whispered in her ear

"Justin I felt the same way, but I think we should just pretend this never happened." She said wanting to stand up

I gripped her waist so she wouldn't go anywhere

"Lynn can I ask you something?" I asked

"What is it?" She sighed

"Wait here." I said

I pulled away from her, & unlocked the door, I dashed through the stairs & through the front door avoiding my moms question about where I was going

I came to the front door of my house & ran to the kitchen to get red fresh roses, I bought yesterday for Lynn & I was going to give them to her for being the bestest friend ever. I also went to my room to get a gold ring that says 'love forever' in the middle.

I dashed out of my house & knocked on Lynn's house, hiding the roses & ring in my jacket I brought too.

"Justin! Why did you run away like that?!?" My mom questioned me

"Oh, I forgot something!" I awkwardly said

"Oh ok..." My mom said

I ran back to the room where Jocelyn was waiting for me with the lights still off. I opened it & to my surprise Lynn was right where I left her. I closed the door behind me & turned on the lights

"What were you going to ask me?" She asked

I slowly walked to her & grabbed her hand I got the roses out of my jacket & handed them to her. She was shocked I could tell

As a got on my knees I pulled out the ring

"Jocelyn Beja,..." I started

"Would you do me the great honor of being my girlfriend?" I asked her as I looked straight into her beautiful hazel eyes

I could tell she was speechless, but I didn't want to hurry her decision

"Yes Justin! Yes!" She said excitedly with tears in her eyes

I stood up & took her soft hand & put on the golden ring & hugged her tight never wanting to let her go.

"Babe don't cry." I told her

"These are tears of joy Justin I never thought this was going to happen!" She happily said, still hugging me

I pulled away & caressed her face slowly, looking at her pink lips. I pulled in to kiss her. She closed her eyes & our lips touched.

I know it might be to soon but I think I might be falling in love with Lynn

She pushed back & looked at me & giggled.

"What are you laughing at babe?" I giggled too

"You have lip gloss on your lips!" She kept on giggling

"Oh I do???" I asked still giggling

I grabbed her waist & playfully threw her on the bed, I soon threw myself on the bed next to her, we stared into each other's eyes

"Justin since when did you like me? I mean why would you even like a girl like me when you can have any girl you like?" She asked me

"I liked you ever since I took a long look into those beautiful hazel eyes" I responded sincerely

"And I now like you even more since you're mine now Jocelyn" I said & before she could respond I kissed her passionately

Am I falling In love with Lynn already?
