"Guys, I'm pretty sure that I can handle this. It will probably take some time, not going to say that it'll be easy, but it's not impossible." Charlie said after checking the computer right in front of her.
"Are you sure? 'Cause Sammy right here is trying for days and got jack."
"Yeah, thanks Dean, I would probably have resolved it if I had some help." Sam said giving Dean a bitch face.
"You really want to talk about this right now princess?" Dean said tiredly while turning around to see the brother.
The three of them were in the bunker's library looking for some strange case Sam had found on the newspaper in the morning. Well, Monday morning. A week ago Monday morning.
"Okay boys, go Harry and Draco away from me. I actually am a little bit concerned about this, I mean, don't you think it is just too weird that there is absolutely nothing in this huge library about this hideous society? For all that we know, it could be like a start to a new apocalypse" Charlie said seriously.
"Or it could be nothing at all" Dean said directly to his brother, giving him a bitch face.
"First, you two gotta stop doing this face of yours, it is starting to freak me out and second," She said it before the Winchesters could begging their little fight all over again "I don't want to scare anybody but, I might probably need some help here" Charlie said carefully.
"What do you need us to do?" Sam said, ready to go for it.
"It's nice of you guys but... I need an outside help. Is it cool if I invite a friend of my to come here? I already know who to call."
"I don't know... It's not lik-" Dean tried to say, but Charlie didn't let him.
"She's really trustful, I promise! She's like a sister to me, the only person in my life for so long." She smiled remembering of her friend. "Pretty please boys... she's really smart and I'm sure that she can help us with the task in hand, besides, she's my family and you are my family, I am trying to get you to meet a long time ago. She's like my secret weapon, and she knows about hunting, you don't have to worry."
Sam and Dean looked a little bit touched for the way that Charlie talked about this friend. They knew how lonely her life has been, just like theirs had. Even Dean felt himself happier to know that she was not completely alone, that she had somebody. Just like he had Sam.
And looking in a colder point of view, this thing that they had zero idea of what it was has been killing people nonstop. They needed all the help, and they needed now.
The brothers shared a look and nodded to each other and to Charlie, in what resulted in a very happy Charlie in the middle of the library.
"Oh man, thank you so much! I'm going to call and tell her to be here asap... You are going to love her!" The redhead got out of the room picking her phone.

"First things first;" Charlie started saying as soon as she entered the kitchen the next morning and noticing that both boys were there "Dean," She said pointing to the man in the robe with a coffee in hand "You don't go all flirty with her, she's different and you are not going to bed with her. Just try to resist. Oh, good luck my old friend" Charlie smirked and blinked one eye to the green eye man. Sam that was sitting in the chair with his phone in hand laughed at the pained look that appeared in his brother's face.
"And Sam," Charlie continued turning to him and rising an eyebrow "You don't get to steal my best friend and sister got it? I'm sure you are going to freak out because she likes the same things that we do so... just try to control it." Sam nodded smiling, seeing how Charlie was excited about this.
