Stumbling she appeared in the room all decked up. "Where are you going missy wearing that dress ?"
"Oh mom actually the school quarterback just ask me out for a date since I kind off like him I couldn't say no"
I could see her cheeks turning red teasingly I asked ,"is he cute ,buttercup??"
"Mooommmmm I mean yeah. Mom did you have any High-school crush?"
Yes i did .I did fell for someone so hard i couldn't tell you how it feels, you won't be able to understand it, no one can ever understand it, except us. I was numb .The bitter sweet memories of high school start to flood my mind .The place I had my first love .I used to never like school until one day that changed everything . He walked into my life and my life was never again the same...
" No , I didn't have any High-school crush" I lied
"MoM I know you are lying "
"Enough of my interrogation you tell me where are you going and by what time will you come back?"
"I m going for a movie and I'll be back by 10"
"Okay have a good time"
"I will",she said smiling
I always love to see her happy. Now as I m all by myself I went to my room to rest for sometime but I couldn't get her question out of mind . Being the restless person I 'm ; I opened my treasure box it's just a ordinary box which my nan gave me on my 5th birthday but since its the last memory of my nan it's quite special I miss her a lot .I call it my treasure box since I treasure all my feelings in it , this box has been through a lot from friendship bands to love letters this box has seen them all .I quickly took my high school diary from it. I chuckled reading the first page "welcome to my world bitches " ....
