Zerefs Lost Demon

Chapter 10

Sliver had died in the process of letting me escape. And I was free and back in Magnolia. I was walking to the guild to see everyone.

I looked at the guilds large doors and opened them. I saw people I recognized and I didn't recognize.

The people who knew me cheered or cried. And the others either wanted to fight me or were confused.

"Hey guys" I said sadly.

Master started to cry and came up to me and Laxus' eyes were wide and couldn't believe I was back again.

"My child?" Master said.
"I'm home Master" I said.
"What have I told you about that?" He said.
"Sorry, Gramps" I said.

He then bursts into tears and hugged me tightly. Laxus had come up to us and looked at me. I motioned my head to say 'join us' and he did. The three of us were hugging at the entrance. Other guild members were joining in if they knew me also.

"Cheers to the return of Lucy!!" Master said holding up a beer.

"Aye!" The guild members said, holding up beer also or if their under age it was apple juice.

The guild partied the rest of the night and I met new people.

I saw Gray fighting with Natsu and went up to them.

"Gray... Could I talk to you?" I asked interrupting their fight.

"Huh? Yeah sure Lucy!" He said letting go of Natsu's vest.

We walked to a corner in the guild that had a couch.

"Could you sit down please?" I asked
"Yeah sure... is everything okay?" He asked.
"No... Gray, you may not know this but... your father was alive..." I said.
"Duh!" He said like a know-it-all.
"No... he was ALIVE!" Said grabbing onto his jacket and cried in his chest.
"What do you mean?"
"Your father was named Silver. He was with Zeref but was only close to him because he need to know his weakness. He made a plan to destroy Zeref and have me escape but it didn't work... he died trying to get me out... I told him to let me be but he wouldn't listen!" I said crying still in Grays jacket.

"Well... at least he died doing something great" Gray said looking proudly at me.
"What?" I said looking at him surprised.
"He saved you... I'm happy I could hear that he saved the girl I like" he said holding my cheek.
"What?" I said.
"No! I mean! You know as like a sister!" He said getting embarrassed, covering his face.
"Haha okay" I said wiping my tears away.
"Thank you Lucy"
"What?"
"Thank you for telling about him"
"Your welcome" I said smiling.

The next day I woke up in the guild on a couch upstairs. I looked around to see everyone asleep on the floor or some furniture. I giggled from the sight that I saw. Natsu and Gray were spooning on a table next to the bar (with gray being the little spoon).  I then looked around to see that Master was asleep on the bar where he usually would sit.

I signed then walked down the stairs and went to the door. I was about to open the door when I heard "Are you leaving again?" From Laxus, who was standing behind me. I turned around to see his face. "I'm going to the council..." I said.

"But why?! They did such horrible things to you!"
"Laxus" I said putting a finger on my lips.
"Everyone is asleep right now. Let's not wake them up shall we? Just come with me" I said walking out of the guild. I heard him sigh and he continued to follow me.
