chapter 8

Lucy pov

I heard him walking to my chambers. His footsteps was so cold. And when he looked at me it looked almost as if he was sad yet annoyed.

"Why do you ask for me?"
"Why did you put me in here?"
"I see... So you just want me to pity you"
"Did I say that? Do I look that way?"
"No but this situation states just that"
"... Leave... Ill stay in here as long as you want me to... You dont have to see me anymore... I dont want you or anyone to pity me any longer!"
"I am your creator... You will have to see me whether you like it or not"
"Ha... Does it matter youll just throw me away again"

Zeref doesnt say anything and just looks at me.  He opens my chamber and walks in. He comes to my bed and looks down at me. He gets on one knee and puts his hands and head on my legs.

"What"
"I created you to be my wife but... I also created you to kill me... But since we died I had to throw you out... I couldnt just look at my wife and not cry... But then I made Natsu... My brother... He purpose was to kill me... I cant handle living any longer"
"Your wife? Your brother?"
"You and Nastu"
"I-I just dont know what to say"
"You dont have to say anything... But I do want to hear an answer from this though... Would you like to take your role as the promised Queen?"
"... You also said I had to kill you..."
"Yes... But since I made Natsu you dont have to"
"But thats not fair! Why am I to let you have my hand but you to leave me?!"
"I have lived far to long... And right now Natsu isnt strong enough to defeat me... It will be awhile for Natsu to grow... So please let me take your hand"
"... Its not fair..." I say putting out my hand.

He looked at me with joy and pulled me into a hug. He picked me up and carried me to my room. I didnt complain because I didnt have any strength. It was the first time I saw him down there but it was supposed to be my day to get out. Which meant I was in there for 2 weeks.

On the way to my room I passed out.
