Chapter 17- The After effect

I did it, I rejected him. Alexander is no longer mine. Now its time to move on. But how? How was I going to move on when he was what I thought I needed in life.

I don't know how to do it but I'll have to.

A week passed but Al- Alpha Bloodstorm hasn't come to see me directly. His scent however was still lingering in the hallways letting me know that he had came. But he didn't have the heart to visit me directly. I mean would you? How can you visit the person who just broke you? Its impossible.

For this week Joe has been my most constant visitor. James came Once or twice since he was taking care of gang Business with the others.

During the time period I have had in this hospital its given me time to think. I was going to sign James as my "beta" therefore if I am to die he will be the one to keep the gang up. My legacy will not fall.

Today was the day that I would finally be released from this hell hole. No offense but I don't like hospitals. "Malia Rogers?" "Yep." "Alright, well just sign these and you'll be free to go. Your person is waiting outside."

My person?
Who is it?

I sniff atmosphere and then the scent hits me.

It couldn't be...why would he?

I signed the papers, picked up my bags that I packed a few hours ago and went outside.

"Hi." I said, it was actually weird talking to him since the last time we talked it didn't end so well.

"Hey, look I know you need time to sort out your stuff but malia, your my mate. I know we got of on a bad start but I'm willing to make it up to you." He said. The tension in this air was so thick you could've used a knife to cut it.

"Uhm....." I was speechless.

He walked away. I followed behind him,keeping my thoughts to myself.

When we reached the car Alexander sat in shotgun while I sat in the back. The car ride was silent.

As we crossed into pack territory I noticed Alexia waiting outside together with Aden.

"Hey guys!" I call as we unload the car.

"Malia your OK!" Aden practically screeches.

Wait, its that the girl job? To go crazyyyy happy that their friend that just came back from the hospital is alright? Huh. Guess not everythng is as it seems.

"Yea, I survived." I joke.

"Mal I'm just so glad your alright. I mean who else is gonna help me control that idiot over there?" Alexia says pointing to her brother.

"Yea" I reply stiffly following with a sarcastic laugh.

"So mal-"

"Znady!" A very girly, high pitched, annoying scream cut us off.

Alexia, Aden and I groan in annoyance of her.

"Let's hit inside what do yuh say?" I suggest, changing the topic and trying to avoid the heart ache.

"Yea." They both agree.

"Zander were heading in, we'll see you later." Alexia calls over her shoulder as we abondon her brother to the witch herself.

We go up to the game room and decide on playing C.O.D Black Ops 2. My favorite.

"So malia what happened, first we hear you're going to your dad's for the weekend then we hear your in the hospital. You've got some explaining to do." Alexia says and Aden nods in agreement.

"Well, I went by my dad because its his wedding and well he asked if I could come even if its to just show up then I noticed Alexander................" I trailed off tell them about the red head..alica or something like that. Then the vision, the pain, the accident. I even told them about the meeting with the mood goodess and finally how I rejected Alexander.

"You met the moon goddess?!" They both yelled in unison.

"Seriously, I told you I reject your brother and you wanna talk about the moon goddess?" I mentally groan. Only them. Only them.

"Well I wasn't really expecting y'all to get along cause well.. He's a Manwhore, total jerk, complete ass but yet I'm related to him."Alexia Says trying to lighten the mood. To be honest I'm surprised that they're related. I mean he's a complete asswhole while as she is a nice, caring person.

"How the hell did you do that?" Aden shouts as he lost a game of COD to me, again.

"I'm just that good." I smirk at him as he groans in annoyance since he lost to me for the sixth time.

"I'm hungry." I announce, "let's get food. What y'all want?"

"Pizza!" They yell in unison.
"Damn thats cool." They say in unison again. "Alright you can stop now, it was cool the first time." I say.
"Alright" they say again in unison.

I laugh as they keep saying things in unison and get annoyed with each other.

I make a call to papa's pizza place ordering a meat lovers delight telling the person on the phone the address.
I turn back to the arguing friends and say, "pizza will be here in 10 minutes." Which immediately shuts their mouths.

"So what are we gonna do in the mean time?" I ask.

"Let's watch a movie." Aden suggest and we all agree. We decide to watch Triple X part 2, half way into the movie my phone beeps off.

1 new message.

I decide to open it.

Hey mother fucker you're gonna pay for what you did to my brother. I'm coming in three days, be ready to die.
-Unknown.

"Fuck." I curse under my breath.

"Uhmm guys I gotta go take care of something."

"Alright, we'll tell you how the movie was when you come back." Aden says eating the pizza.

I throw on my black leather jacket tuck in my BB gun into the waistband of my jeans and the pocket knife in my converse, put on my razor blade  chain around my neck, grab my keys and head off to the Gang House.

Hey, I am SO sorry it took so long for me to update I have been really busy with school and all the damn projects and test we've been getting is hell. But I'll update the next chapter as soon as I can.
   Once again sorry for taking so long to update.
