~Chapter Eight~

~(y/n)'s P.O.V~

InuYasha and I were running around, when I thought I heard a voice calling for help. "InuYasha, did you-" "Let's go!" We headed towards the source of the voice.

We eventually got to the source. It was a deathly thin girl, around her teens, I'd guess. She had brown eyes, black hair, and was wearing rags. "Hey, are you okay?" "Who're you?" "We're here to help." InuYasha then tore apart the bars, with his bare hands. I helped the female out.

"Who're you?" "I'm Kira." "Don't worry, Kira, we'll get you out safely." "First, we have to find my brother. His name's Riku." "Don't know him." "Oh...." "Wait, InuYasha, remember what that guy said? The one we were fighting earlier? He said something about saving his sister. Could this girl be....?" "I think so." "You know where Riku is!?" "Yes, but, we killed him...." Kira just looked at us, in shock. Then, she started crying.

"Kira, I need to ask you a question." "W-What?" "Who's behind all of this? Who kidnapped you?" "It's Anna. She's the one who created this world, and kidnapped me. There's a legend about Anna." "Go on."

"She was a powerful demon, who tried to take over the world. But, a powerful priestess stood up to her. Before she could kill her, however, Anna created a separate world, and hid in it. Awaiting the day, that she could get her revenge."

"Then, why wait till now to start causing trouble?" "Because, there was another legend." "Sheesh, why are there so many legends?!" "Beats me." "Anyway, there's another legend about a warrior who would come to this world, and defeat Anna. And so, Anna waited for this warrior to come into the world, so, she could kill them."

"Then, it makes sense why she'd wait to attack." "You mean, you're...." "I believe so. I did have a crazy dream, where a goddess visited me." "Then, you're meant to save the world!" "Yep, pretty much....""Please, kill Anna." "Don't worry, I will!" "Thank-" Kira stopped, when a spear went through Kira's stomach. She fell to the ground. "Kira!" I looked up, to see a female in a blue dress. She had a villainous look on her face. It was one of pure evil. "She should've kept her trap shut. Then, I may have spared her." "Are you Anna?" "Some call me that. Others, they call me the dark demon. Either way, I'm the same person." "I'll kill you!" "I'd like to see you try." Anna was now smirking. I gripped my hammer even tighter. Don't worry, Kira, your death, and Riku's death, they won't be in vain!
