At school that day, Sean didn't speak. He didn't want everyone knowing he did self harm. He didn't want to say anything suspicious.
"Sean are you okay?" Wade asked.
Sean smiled and nodded.
"Are you sure, you haven't said anything all day."
Sean nodded.
Wade looked at him worried.
"Sean what's that on your arm?" Molly asked.
Sean put his hand so in his pocket and said "uh... n-nothing. . ."
"Are you sure? It didn't look like nothing."
"I said its nothing okay?" He said in a loud/angry tone.
"Molly, can I talk to you in private?" I said looking at Sean.
He knew what I was telling her and nodded his head
Molly nodded as we walked at the other side of the room.
"What is it?"
"Umm Molly? Sean has. . ."
"He has what?"
I sighed.
"Dont tell ANYONE this okay?"
"Not even Wade?"
"Not even Wade."
"Okay, what is it?"
"He has been doing self harm."
Molly gasped. She put both hands on her mouth and looked at me. She had small tears in her eyes.
"T-that was what on his arm?" She did quietly.
I nodded my head slowly.
"Oh my god. . . You expect me not to tell Mark?"
"I expect you not to tell anybody. I'll tell them when I need to."
She nodded and whipped away a tear. "Okay."
We walked over to the group and Molly looked at Sean and nodded. Sean smiled and lipped 'thank you' to her.
We finished they day and Sean continued to not speak for that day.
We had an argument that day. It wasn't loud. We just argued.
"Signe DONT TELL MARK.
"Sean I have to! He is your best friend. Why cant I tell them?"
"They'll bug me about it for the rest of my life!"
"No they wont! They will understand."
"They're going to talk to me about suicide. I don't like hearing about that. It makes me feal uncomfortable."
"Sean I'll talk to them about it, trust me."
"UHHHGGGGHH."
"Sean Please?"
"I'll tell them okay?"
"Are you actually going to tell him or are you just saying that to shut me up?"
"*SIGH* I will tell him I promise."
Time skip. That morning
I woke up that day with a HUGE anxiety attack. Biggest one yet.
He is going to hurt himself.
My mom is dead
My dad stopped calling me
He is going to commit suicide
I don't want him to commit suicide
You're stupid
You're dumb
He doesn't love you
He never loved you
He granted you pity
I had in my head, over, and over, and over. I gripped my hair sitting on the floor, because I had fallen off my bed. Sean ran in the room and ran to me. I think. I couldn't see anything, and felt like dieing.
"Signe!" I heard faintly. I could barely hear anything. The only thing I heard was the thoughts I had. I couldn't breath.
Sean whispers "its okay. You're okay. Nothing will hurt you. I love you. Everyone loves you. You're amazing. I won't hurt myself. Everything is okay. We love you. I love you. Shhhhhh"
Those wonderful things he said calmed me down. But anxiety still took over my body. All my nerves shot downhill. I screamed.
I felt Sean pick me up. I grabed onto him like a scared 5 year old or a cat. I was breathing heavy as he tried to calm me down.
Everything around me was fading away. Sound, sight, everything. I felt like nothing could stop it.
"Signe? Signe!" I heard Sean panicking before all sound and sight faded away.
