Lucius had bound Harry to a tree, he turned and pointed his wand threateningly at Ginny. But she knew it was more than a threat, he WAS going to do it. Definitely. And before she could prepare herself, Lucius said
"Crucio!" And then she felt it, again. The fire that erupted in her bones, the feeling that her head would crack like an egg at any moment, but nothing could rival the feeling that her skin was going to split, tear and rip from her body. She seemed detached from the shrill noise that was coming out of her mouth, her head began to swim and she felt sick, she was feeling dazed but could still feel the pain - such pain - that not even she could have imagined. Tears started rolling thicker and faster from her eyes and she could feel her loudest, shrillest, ear-splitting scream coming. She could feel her mouth forming the scream-
"GINNY! Ginny wake-up!" Ginny's eyes flew open to be met by Harry's emerald green ones, which she could see were filled with worry. "Are you ok? You were screaming in your sleep, thrashing around.""B-bad dream. I dreamt about the other day, when Lucius - when he - when he tortured me." She said in a shaky voice. Ginny raised a hand to run it through her hair just to discover that it was drenched in sweat. "What time is it?"
"It's 2 A.M." Harry told her.
"Oh. I'm sorry. Did I wake you?"
"Yes you did wake me. But you shouldn't be sorry, you have absolutely no reason to be sorry Ginny." Harry told her firmly. He would definitely not let her blame herself. "Now, you really ought to get some sleep. From personal experience, these kind of dreams are very tiring and you will regret not sleeping afterwards." Harry got up and made to go back to his bed when Ginny reached out and grabbed hold of his wrist.
"H-harry? Will you s-stay with me? Please?" Ginny said, feeling the blush coming onto her cheeks, looking up at Harry through the gloom of the night, glad that he couldn't see the colour of her face.
"Of course Ginny." Harry said, smiling. Ginny shuffled over to make room and Harry climbed in next to her. When he had settled Ginny shuffled over and snuggled into his side and Harry put an arm round her, holding her protectively.

They lay there like that for ten minutes in silence before Ginny decided to talk.
"Harry?"
"Yeah?"
"Are you worried? About Malfoy?"
"Of course. I'd be a fool not to be." Harry told her, shifting his head to look at Ginny.
"But he's out to get me, not you." Ginny said, slightly confused.
"Exactly." Harry replied simply. But just as Ginny opened her mouth to protest, he turned his head to look straight at the ceiling, showing clearly that he would be worried about Malfoy coming to hurt Ginny, whether she liked it or not. They lay there for a while in silence and before long, Harry could here the sound of Ginny's soft, even breathing that told him she were asleep and not long after, he also found himself drifting off.

Harry woke that morning feeling slightly disorientated. He looked round and saw Ginny's room from a different perspective than he did every other morning. He looked down at the sleeping red-head next to him and the events of the night before, or to be more precise - earlier that morning came flooding back to him, and he grinned. Ginny had asked him to stay with her for the rest of the night and she had fallen asleep in his arms. But the smile slid from his face when he remembered why Ginny had asked him to stay with her. She had had a nightmare about Lucius torturing her. I'll get him, Harry thought angrily, I'll get him!
"Morning Harry." Ginny mumbled next to him.
"Morning Gin." Harry replied as Ginny shuffled over slightly and buried her face against his top. Harry, once again, put his arm round her. "You know, we really should be getting up. Your mother is going to be all over the place today." He told with a chuckle. Ginny groaned, she didn't want to get up and today her mum would be stressing like there was no tomorrow.

Harry and Ginny lay there just talking for what seemed like hours
"-but I'm worried I wont be as good as the rest of the players." Ginny said, they had been talking about Ginny playing for the Holyhead Harpies later that year.
"You'll be fine Gin."
"Are you sure? What if I make a fool of myself?"
"You won't make a fool of yourself, I'm sure. You're the best chaser I've ever seen." Harry reassured her, he leaned in and kissed her gently. It was a sweet kiss filled with meaning. It began to get rougher, filling with passion, and before long Harry had rolled over and was now straddling Ginny, kissing her like he would never be able to again.
"Oi, Potter! Do you have to grope my sister? I've just had breakfast!" Harry and Ginny jumped apart as if they had just got an electric shock. They both looked over to the doorway of Ginny's room to see George leaning against the door frame with a big smirk on his face that slowly turned into a grin. Harry and Ginny had turned so red that they were practically glowing, Harry removed his glasses and cleaned them on his shirt, as an excuse not to look at Ginny or George.
"What's going on?" Harry looked up and put his glasses back on, to see Ron looking over George's shoulder. And Harry could see that his ears had began to glow read, signalling anger at the scene before him. Harry then realised that he and Ginny were tangled up in her bedding, looking rather messy, as if they had just rolled down a hill and then flown top speed on their brooms. Ginny's fiery red hair was all over the place, looking tangled and messy and Harry's black hair looked more unruly than ever.
"Ron we-"
"I don't want to hear you excuses Harry! How dare you!"
"Ron! You have no right to dictate what Harry and I do!" Ginny snapped at Ron.
"You're my sister!"
"Sister or not, you have no right! I'm seventeen and Harry is going to be eighteen soon, we can do what we like!" Ginny was starting to look rather scary now and had started to reach for her wand. George, sensing danger, gave Harry a look that said 'we better get out of while we still can' and left quickly.
"Harry if I catch you like this with Ginny again, I swear I'll-"
"You'll what, Ron?! What will you do?!" Ginny said threateningly, her wand pointed straight at him.
"I- uh, umm, I'll- never mind." Ron said, looking terrified at the sight of Ginny in such a temper with her wand pointed at him. He turned and left before you could say 'Quidditch'.
