Marinette's POV

"Where is Alya?! She dares challenge Volpina?!" Lila shouts as she got Akumatized. Everyone panicked except for me. Also Alya, she's been through a lot of crime fighting scenes and she's really used to it.

Lila I mean Volpina started to wreck the place. I stood there and did my Battle Stance, she saw me and her eyes full of anger and hate "Volpina IS better than Ladybug! Now die and burn in hell you little Bug!"

She lounges towards me and I quickly dodged her attack. I rolled on the floor and ran to where I can transform,

I quickly lost her and hid on the Janitors Closet, "Tikki Spots On!" my dress transformed into my skin tight suit, and my masquerade mask turned into the only mask I wear as Ladybug,

I kicked open the Janitor Door and I went on to search for Lila. "Where is Alya!" I heared her shout and I followed the sound of her voice, I reached the Gymnasium and everyone was hiding. Even Alya except that she brought out her phone and started to video every scene,

Sometimes, she could be a perfect superhero with that kind of attitude she has, I just giggled on Alya on how brave she is.

"Aha! There you are you little RAT!" Volpina shouts and started to go towards Alya, she was afraid but once Alya locked her eyes on me. She started to be strong, Volpina was now facing on where she was hiding and Alya slowly stood up and faced Volpina with a stern face.

Volpina hissed at Alya and spat on her, Alya was quickly disgusted and wiped off her spit from her face. She back fires and spat Volpina right on the eye,

Volpina's Jaw dropped and wiped off the spit from her eye, she greeted her teeth and began to speak "You dare challenge Volpina?!" she shouts, wait, what am I doing?! I'm suppose to save Alya not watch her get in danger!

I face palmed on my stupidity, I stood up, grabbed my Yo-Yo and started swinging it. "Hey Volpina! Leave her alone!" I shout.

Volpina locks her eyes on me and a butterfly mask appeared on her face, "Hawkmoth.. You're such a coward, can't even fight me yourself!" I mutter under my breath, the butterfly mask disappeared and Volpina has a smirk on her face.

She grabbed Alya by the waist and flew out of the Gym. I heared Alya called out before she disappeared, "Ladybug help me!" her screaming starts fading. I just stood there jaw dropped and on what plan to save Alya.

Who knows on what Lila will do to Alya? "Ladybug!" someone called out to me, it was Nino "Yes dear Citizen?" I ask him, "You got to save Alya.. Please! She just answered me this night, I can't loose her.."

My eyes began to widen, Alya just answered Nino tonight and she didn't tell me?! Well, I can't blame her totally, we got separated from the crowd. "I will do anything I can to get your Girlfriend back to safety.." I hold his shoulder and I smile at him,

I wave goodbye and jumped out of the big whole on the gym, I jumped from roof to roof searching on where Volpina hid Alya.

"Ladybug Help me!" someone shouted, "Alya..?" I whisper to myself, "Ladybug! Chat Noir! Help me!" she once shouted again. "I'm coming Alya!" I shout.

I reached the Eiffel Tower and I saw Alya, tied onto a rope hanging on the edge. Volpina was laughing evilly and she playfully sways the rope on where Alya is tied onto. Alya screams, I greeted my teeth.

"Let her gi Volpina! It's just you and me! Leave her out of this!" I shout, I was a few meters awat from her and I know she heared me shout. "Never! Unless I prove to her that Volpina is a better superhero than Ladybug!"

She has that smirk on her face and I feel disgusted when I see that smirk. "Give me your Miraculous.. Or.. She dies!"

I did my battle stance and shouted "Never in a Million years Volpina! Never!" she grins widely and I was lefr there confused. "Suit yourself.." she says coldy as she cuts the rope and Alya was left falling down. "Alya!"

I jumped from the Eiffel tower. I quickly got to Alya and threw my Yo-Yo to tge railing of the Tower. We landed safely and I untied the rope on Alya.

She smiles at me then hugs me. I hugged back but then, I could feel her fingers move to my ears. I quickly moved away and Alya starts giggling like a maniac. She slowly walks towards me and I slowly back away.

"Alya? Are you okay?"

She just giggled and just continued walking towards me. I checked her body and there's a dart on her neck. My eyes went wide, Volpina shot her a dart. Volpina has a new power now?! Shooting darts?! She's under her control! Her giggling went to laughter, she quickened her pace and started running towards me.

I jumped over her and she looks back at me. She kicks highly and I blocked it. I kicked low and she fell to the floor.

She lied there. Greeting her teeth, I reached for the dart but she shoves my hand away. "Alya, please? Let me help you!" I tried to get her dart again but she pushed my hands away from my reach.

She kicks me on the stomach and I was sent flying backwards. I hit the cold cemented floor and groaned in pain.

I recovered quickly and did my battle stance. She doesn't say a word but she just kept on giggling and laughing. Her head was twitching.

"Alya please! Let me help you!" I shout at her. Hopefully, Alya heared what I said. Her furrowed eyes went back to normal. Her stance was slowly fading away, her eyes began to tear up. "Ladybug.. H-Help me," she pleads.

"Just hold still, I'll get that dart of you if you let me re-"

She came back in being controlled by Volpina. She started running towards me and began to attack. I blocked every one of them.

I used my Yo-Yo to trap her. It worked! I quickly grabbed the dart from her neck before she could escape.

Once the dart was gone. She came back to normal, she was heaving heavily. I bet all that attacking made her tired.

She fell to her knees and was catching her breathing. She looked up and saw me, she stood up and fixed her posture.
"L-Ladybug!" she dusted off the dust on her dress.

I smile at her and held on to her shoulder, "You better go back to your school. Your boyfriend was worried about you," she blushed once I said the term 'Boyfriend' to her. I giggled at her expression and just gave a pat on the shoulder.

I bid goodbye to her so that I could find Volpina and defeat her. She waves at me once I swung from roof to roof. Jumped off from building to building,

I wonder where Chat is?

Oh well, it's just me and Volpina then!
