A/N; Hey! Okay, so I have some bad news and some good news. Which one do you want to hear first? Good news? Okay then, good news first I guess. Well, it's not a story, it doesn't have any plots and characters and all that jazz, it's actually a book filled with cover's! Feel free to flick through it if you're hunting down a cover or if you're about to publish a story and need a cover that ironically has the same title as the cover that I've made! Now, bad news.........will have to wait until the end of the chapter😁.

Ruby's POV:

"Did you ever feel slightly bad, after all those years lying to us? To your closest friends? To your mate?" Zara asked, scrunching her eyebrows as she leans against the long table, with her arms crossed over her chest.
"Not really" Chad sighed "I've been drowning the icky feeling the best I can, not with alcohol! I don't agree with drinking". As soon as we arrived back to the pack house, Chad wanted us to all enter the meeting room and have a talk. And that talk, with Chad explaining how before he joined the pack he REALLY got attacked by witches, his parents dying from them and never telling us they existed, changed the thoughts in everyones mind on him.
ESPECIALLY Zara and Fredrick since they had to risk their pack's safety for him to join. "And he PROMISED to keep that a secret for his stupid little ex-girlfriend" Lulu clenched her jaw, glaring at the ground.
"You had a girlfriend?" Zero asked, swinging his arm around Nae's waist "I thought your parents wanted you to wait for-". "NO no no! I've never had a girlfriend before Lulu okay? Vale wasn't and will never be my girlfriend" Chad exclaims, staring at Lulu.
"Oh, is that all I am to you? A girlfriend? I thought I was your mate? Your soul mate? Your everything?!" Lulu shouted, her voice cracking at the end. "Vale was nothing, she's a stupid backstabber and I hate her and will never stop hating her! Lulu please" Chad pleaded, approaching to her.
"I don't even think I can trust you anymore Chad, and if I ever can, it'll be very difficult" Lulu sighs, a tear threatening to slip out as she storms out of the meeting room. "Lulu" Chad sighs, watching her go.
"I'll go this time" I nod to him, jogging towards Lulu. "Meet me in our bedroom when you're finished" Enth called out.
"Sure thing" I called back before exiting the room. I followed Lulu outside and into the forest. "Let's not go to deep into the forest Lulu, we need to be carful" I say, running up to her side. "We can defend ourselves, we're fine" she sniffles, whipping away a tear. We walked in silence until we came to a small clearing. The fresh, light green leaves hanging over the trees was blocking the sky out, with streams of the sun light breaking through.
"Have you been here before?" I asked as Lulu laid down on the ground. "Yeah, I come here when I want some time to myself or to get away from that rich mansion I consider as my home" she sighed as I laid down next to her.
"Hmh, it's pretty here" I nod, looking up at the leaves. "It is. It brings a dramatic look to it as well" Lulu laughed, pointing towards the streams of light. "Yeah, it does" I smile.
"Look Lulu" I sigh, turning my head to her "I can't exactly relate to you in this situation, but at least hear me out". "Go on" she groans in annoyance.
"Now" I say, looking back up at the leaves "I can understand how you're pissed, and clearly, Chad had a tad thing for her since he ACTUALLY kept that promise. He says that he keeps promises no matter what, and yeah I'm sure he does, but if he didn't have any connection with her, or if Vale was a guy with him not being gay, then Chad surly would of told AT LEAST one living soul. Yes, he HAD a thing for her, but now, ever since you two have met, you're his number one! From what I've heard from, mates are their LIFE to these damn werewolves. And yes, he referred to you as his girlfriend, but Zero stumbled him over by saying girlfriend, and......also- look, y-you get the point! Right? Ugh, whatever. Just know that you mean a lot to Chad, you're literally his other half and he's nothing without you. If you're gonna be mad at him, don't be TOO mad for TOO long, we have a war about to begin any minute that we're prepared for and as a Luna I don't want-".
"Yeah yeah, I know. I can't, and I won't, be pissed at him for long, it's just......UGH! I wanna kill Vale" Lulu admits, dragging her hands over her face. "I can see that" I chuckle, turning my head to her.
"Hey Ruby" she said with her eyebrows scrunched "I don't think I've ever noticed but you've lost weight" "Not really since I'm laying down but thanks anyway" I laugh, lifting my shirt up to reveal my stomach, having a faded 4 pack over it "WOAH! That reminds me! I need to show you something cool!" "What is it?" Lulu asked, sitting up.
"Watch this" I smile, trying to stop laughing. Key Word; trying. "Stop laughing and show me" Lulu laughed, whacking my arm playfully. "Alright, alright" I breathed out, calming down
I then pushed out my stomach, making it look like I'm 6 mouths pregnant. "It looks like you're pregnant!" Lulu laughed, holding her stomach.
"I know" I breathed out, relaxing my stomach. "Wait wait, do it again! I need to do something!" Lulu laughed, kneeling over me. "Alright ready" I laughed as she nodded enthusiastically.
I breath in and out deeply before pushing my stomach up, forcing it to look a basketball. But I forced a LITTLE TOO much and....well..... a little toot came out of me. We both stared at each other wide eyed before we cracked up laughing.
"OH" *laugh* "MY" *laugh* "GOD!" *laugh*. "God damn it Ruby" Lulu laughed, tears streaming down her cheek. "I'm totally, 100% am not sorry!" I laughed, whipping the tears of laughter away.
"I wouldn't be either" Lulu chuckled, calming down as she stood up "that's gold though". "Majorly gold" I nodded, standing up with her.
"We should head back now" Lulu sighed, itching her arms. "Yep! Chad would be begging for your company right now" I smirk, beginning to walk towards the direction we came from.
"Everyone's begging for my company these days" Lulu said, hearing the playful smirk in her voice as she came up next to me. "Whatever helps you sleep at night" I shrug. Our peaceful, silent walk towards the pack house got smash into bits as my phone rang. I sighed and grabbed my phone from my back pocket, answering the call from Skylar, which pops up as "Skyyy🌤".
"Get here asap Luna!" Skylar shouted into the phone. "Girl, chill, okay?" I laugh "Lulu and I are on our way back now, don't have to panic". "It's not that, I do love you both and all" Skylar exhaled "it's just they're here, ready to fight".
"They're here? Who are- oh" I grumbled in realisation, glancing at Lulu to see her studying me and the phone with a confused face. "You know? Corey, Romeo, Keith, Kiki, you name it" Skylar growls "they're here".

A/N; Just wanna say, that the little scene in the forest with Lulu and Ruby, yeah, I reflected that off an actual event that happened with geeky_shrimp and I! That's was priceless😂. Anywho, time for the bad news. Now, just like my year 7 camp, I'll be gone for three days. I'll be at my grandpas house and sadly, of course, he has no wi-fi. But, I'll be bringing my iPad and will be working on the fight scene as I'm out. I can promise you now that it'll be published this weekend. Truly sorry, this will be the last chapter for three days, ANNNNNDDDD, sorry for the update being so late you Aussies. Now, I'm going to head to bed now cause I'm tired as 💩! Goodnight😘👍🏼.
