Contract

Clause 1: Exclusivity Clause
As a model of Heaven's Empire, you will not:
i) Sign with, advertise for, attempt to join or associate with other modelling agencies, (unless instructed to do so by HE).
ii) Attend casting sessions, catwalk shows, photo shoots, clothing exhibitions, etc. (unless instructed to do so by HE).
iii) Attend highly publicised events (for example, film premiers) without the permission of Kensa L'Hore, HE.
iv) Model for, associate with or play a part in the advertising campaigns of brands that are not approved by HE.
v) Model for, associate with or play a part in the advertising campaigns of brand approved by HE unless instructed.
vi) Violation of any of the above may lead to immediate and permanent expulsion from Heaven's Empire.

Clause 2: Financial Clause
As a Heaven's Empire model, you will be aided financially as well as given a salary.

Section 1 - Your salary
i) Upon signing with HE, you will receive a payment of £50,000.00. This payment is not a loan, will not be withdrawn, and no part of it is expected back, even if you later leave Heaven's Empire.
ii) As a Heaven's Empire model, you will be paid per photo shoot, catwalk show or similar event that you attend. The money you receive may depend on the hours you have worked, the designer/brand who has contacted HE to work with you, your performance and professionalism both whilst working and on breaks and your willingness to carry out the task. However, HE will provide you with a minimum payment of £25,000.00 for every event you attend.
iii) At the end of each year for which you remain a model with HE, you will receive a payment of £100,000.00. (Subject to inflation). This will increase with each consecutive year you remain signed with HE.

Section 2 - Financial aid
i) HE will cover travel and accommodation costs associated with events.
ii) HE requires all models to be physically and mentally healthy. Therefore, HE will pay for all a model's medical appointments, consultations and procedures.
iii) HE wishes all those below the age of 21 (UK) to be in full time education. HE will cover costs of private tuition sessions, and school, college and university attendance.
iv) As a model with HE, you are expected to have a wardrobe deemed suitable for your status. Upon signing with HE, you are automatically gifted with all HE products. You will receive new products each season (four seasons before they are released on sale). You are not expected to pay for any of these products.
v) HE is prepared to negotiate aiding models in serious financial situations, provided the model has not incurred the situation through engaging in prohibited activities.

Clause 3: Behavioural Clause
Models who have with HE are at all times ambassadors for the agency. They are expected to behave accordingly.
As a Heaven's Empire model, you will not:
i) Engage in illegal activities or associate with those who have. You may travel as an HE model; always abide by the laws of the country you are in.
ii) Engage in prohibited activities, such as:
Behaviourally irresponsible activities (using foul, demeaning or explicit language on social media; using foul, demeaning or explicit language at high-profile events or towards paparazzi or members of the public; using extreme violence in any context except self-defence; taking recreational drugs such as ketamine, cannabis, heroin, cocaine, ecstasy, lysergic acid diethylamide, methamphetamine, etc. for non-medical purposes).
Financially irresponsible activities (gambling, placing unreasonable bets, spending what you cannot afford to pay back)
Sexually irresponsible activities (posting and/or receiving payment for explicit photographs of you and/or others, posting and/or receiving payment for explicit audio/video content of yourself and/or others, receiving payment for sexual acts, allowing yourself to be photographed or filmed whilst performing sexual acts, being unreasonably sexually promiscuous e.g. by engaging in escorting, prostitution or otherwise receiving payment for the view of sensitive areas of your body or the services you provide with it).
Otherwise irresponsible activities (refusing to attend essential medical appointments, consultations or undergo essential procedures; endangering the lives of yourself or others, etc.)
iii) In any way discredit, ridicule or otherwise devalue the Heaven's Empire modelling agency.

As a model with HE, you are expected to:
i) Preserve the condition of your body to the standards required. You are expected to eat, drink and exercise to remain healthy and in good modelling condition. Failure to obtain or maintain adequate condition may incur expulsion from HE.
ii) Preserve your modesty both during events and daily life. You should not take, post, publish or allow to be published suggestive photographs or video content of yourself. You should not dress suggestively, and you should always adhere to the dress codes of an event/country. If you model suggestive clothing, HE will expect you to behave maturely and responsibly. HE will not allow models to advertise in suggestive clothing deemed to be vulgar or trashy.
iii) Behave maturely and responsibly, even outside of working hours. You are expected to be respectful and courteous, regardless of situation or time.
iv) Avoid drawing yourself or the HE agency into scandal or disrepute with questionable words or activities.

Clause 4: Consensual Clause
i) You have the right to refuse to undertake any modelling task (photo shoot, catwalk show, event, etc.) You will not receive any payment for jobs you do not undertake, but you will not incur a penalty for refusing to undertake a modelling task on reasonable grounds.
ii) You will be asked to consent before wearing and/or allowing yourself to be photographed in suggestive clothing. HE will never allow you to be seen, photographed or otherwise recorded in clothing deemed to be vulgar or trashy, so if you are asked to model suggestive clothing, it will be of the highest quality. However if you feel uncomfortable doing so, HE will not force you to model such items.
iii) You will be asked to consent before modelling in such a way that exposes intimate parts of your body. Refusal to do so will not incur any penalty.
iv) In signing with HE, you agree to be associated with the agency and brand. You are asked to stand with it both through the highest and lowest moments it may endure.

Clause 5: Heaven's Empire
Heaven's Empire is the most exclusive modelling agency and brand that exists in the world today. As a result of this, the group who work at HE is very small and made up of only the most ambitious and hardworking who are dedicated to the pursuit of beauty. This small group have become the Heaven's Empire family, a family that you are now invited to be a part of.
