             Chapter 12

        *Vannessa's POV*

I was sitting on the couch watching Vampire diaries. When suddenly I heard the door slam open. It was my little sister Laura. She looked pretty upset with dried tears in her eyes. She didn't say a word and just ran up to her room and locked herself. She really worried me sometimes. After about 5 minutes I went to check on her. I knocked and knocked and knocked on the door but she never opened. I only heard sobs and sobs and then suddenly all the sobs and noises stopped. Ok! I'm REALLY worried now!! I quickly went to the kitchen to grab a knife and try to open her door. I grabbed the knife and ran up to her bedroom door. I did trip over somethings trying to get to her door. I wiggled the door knob one more time just to check, nothing. Then I slid the knife through the little space between the wall and the door. After a while, I succesfully opened the door. I bursted the door open and took a look around her room. She wasn't on her bed. She wasn't in her closet. I walked to the bathroom. I heard water running, but I didn't hear noone in there. The freaking door was locked!! I seriously got mad and kicked the door open. I really didn't care if I was gonna end up seeing her naked because one, we are sister like duhhh  and two, we are girls. When I got in there I didn't see clothes on the floor. All I saw was blood drops on the sink and all over the bathroom floor. I walked to her jacuzzi and I saw a body floating around. I got closer so I could get a better look. I was COMPLETELY shocked to see who it was.

                 *ROSS' POV*

I was laying on my bed, facing the ceiling with my arms on the back of my head thinking of Laura. Thinking what was she doing right now. Thinking if she wasn't doing anything bad to her self. Hopefully she doesn't go back to cutting. If she does I will blame it all on Elliot. And he was surely gonna pay for it too. I kept staring at the ceiling thinking if I would ever have a future with her. If my biggest dream would ever come true. Suddenly, my phone started ringing. It was Vannessa. She never calls me on her phone!! Is something wrong!?

"Hello?" I said unsure why she would call me.

"ROSS!!! ROSS, COMEQUICKTHEREISSOMETHINGWRONGWITHLAURAITHINKSHESDEADPLEASECOMEFAST!!" Vannessa screamed through the phone. I couldn't understand what she was saying but she I was sure that she was panicking.

"What!? I don't understand a word your saying!!"

"COME FAST!!! THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH LAURA!!" Vanessa screamed again but this time I understood her. When I heard that there was something wrong with Laura I jumped out of my bed and quickly put my shoes on.

"Ok! I'm on my way!!"

I ran out of my and Ryland's room. Everyone was at the living room watching football. Everyone looked at me like I was crazy.

"Something wrong with Laura!! I gotta go!! bye!!" I said while running out the front door. At the corner of my eye I saw that everyone followed me. I crossed through my yard and ran up to her front porch. Good thing we are neighbors. I kicked the front door open and ran up to her room. When I got in there I saw Vanessa trying to give Laura mouth to mouth. She saw me and I quickly took Laura out of her arms. She stood up and called 911. My whole family was sorrounding me trying to help me give mouth to mouth to Laura. I heard sirens get to Laura's drive way. I carried her bridal style down stairs and the ambulance crew took her and put her on a gurney. The police was asking Vanessa questions since she was the one who found Laura. I paced around the driveway. When I felt hands touch my shoulders. I jumped back a little but relaxed when I saw it was Riker.

"Calm down little bro. Everything will be alright. Trust me." Riker said trying to calm me down. Honestly, I just broke down right there.

"But Riker!! She might die!! She's my whole world. Without her I'm nothing at all. I wouldnt know what to do. I really need her to stay alive. Even though we would only be friends!!" I cried out. Riker hugged me. I cried and cried onto his shoulders. I couldn't hold my tears from coming down. Vanessa left in the ambulance with Laura. My family and I, took the van and rushed to the hospital. I sat by the window. Everyone and everyting was quite. I looked out the window watching how the trees passed by really fast. And somehow that's how I felt. Just as fast like how the trees passed by, that's exactly the same way Laura is passing by me. I kept looking out the window thinking how my life, the whole world would change if Laura really went away. All I'm asking for is don't let Laura die. Its all I ask for. Laura, please don't leave me. Just stay with me. I can't do it with out you. PLEASE DONT LEAVE ME!!!!!!! D;

(A/N): sorry, I haven't updated in a while. I'm a wattpadder too. I was reading "Dreaming wide awake" and I couldn't stop myself. I know how it feels to wait for an update. I'm really really sorry.
