It was getting dark now, and I pulled over to let someone else drive. DJ offers, she hops in the drivers set and I in the back when we see bright headlights pull up behind us.

My pulse speeds up as a dark figure exposes itself and approaches. We were all turned back and cautious.

When the figure stepped into the light I realized it was the man we saw back at the McDonalds. I looked forward to DJ and whispered for her to hit the gas; she pounded it to the floor as the man lunged toward the trunk area and slammed his head, so did I, falling into darkness.

I woke to sunlight and the sound of laughing. Claire was in the drivers seat and DJ was next to me.

"You slept all through the night," said DJ.

"What happened?" I pondered.

"When DJ hit the gas you slammed your head into the window," Claire explained, giggling.

"Here put this on you head you have a pretty good bump," DJ said as she handed me a baggie of ice.

"Thanks, where are we?" I questioned.

"Georgia," Elizabeth piped up.

"Aleady?"

"Yeah, after that incident we decided it would be better to be out in the open with more people, so we hopped onto the highway," Claire spouted.

"It saved us six hours," Elizabeth said. I could tell she didn't like being in the car, I couldn't blame her though I'm not much of a car person either.

We pulled into Macaroni's Grill after half an hour more of driving. We were waiting to be seated when four good looking guys aproached us.

"What are a bunch of fine ladies like yourselves here without dates?" one of them questioned while the others checked us out.

"How do you know we are here alone," I challenged.

"Easy, you came in alone."

"Wanna join us?" another asked.

We looked at eachother for a moment, "No, we're fine thank you," Claire shot back.

"Come on it'll be fun," he said as he tipped a little then regained his balance.

"You're drunk," I spouted.

Just then he fell back taking the rest of them with them like a bunch of dominos. Dumbasses.

"Knew it!" I proudly boasted, as we all laughed.

The waiter placed the food on the table in front of us and we started mowing down. The same guy aproached once more without his buddies this time.

"No one makes a joke of us," he managed to spit out before he clasped once more.

"You still have to pay!" the waiter said as we were getting up to leave.

"It's on our friend," I said as I pointed to the guy passed out at our feet. We managed to climb into the car before we started to laugh.

"We'll be there by sunset," said Elizabeth.

"Were are we staying?" Claire asked

"I booked a condo not far from the theme parks, I rented it for a week so we have a week to do whatever we want," I answered.

We all squealed with excitement.
