Precious

I walked up to the counter to order my food. This day has being going very slow. I got a lot of homework to do, I found out that my job is trying to lay me off, again, and Kayla is trying to have an out day today. So much shit, not enough time. "Next in line please." I saw a women that was brown skinned and had green eyes. She looked as if she was Christopher's age. "Hi, can I get a four for four? The drink is a sprite and the barbeque sauce is honey mustard." "Will that be all?" I nodded my head yes as she rung up the price. "That will be $4.24 please?" I was surprised at how she was working with those manners. Shit, you don't see people like that every day. I gave her the change and went to go sit down and wait for my food. The lady reminded me so much of Kayla, that could be her sister. I looked at her features. Her face was small but long. Her eyes said mixed all in them. Her hair was cut into a pixie cut. And her lips were heart shaped. It was like she was related to Kayla. "Here you go ma'am." She placed the bag in front of me. "Excuse me but what's your name?" "Robyn." I smiled. "Pretty name." "Thanks. What's yours?" I stood up and gathered my things. "Precious." With that she nodded and we went our separate ways.
