Snowy Days - A Victuuri Oneshot

~Snowy Days~

Snuggled up by the roaring fire with your lover, drinking a steaming hot cup of hot chocolate.

That is currently what Victor and Yuuri were doing on this snowy day in Kyushu. They were sitting on a couch, with Yuuri sitting on Victor's lap, his head resting against Victor's chest listening to his heartbeat as he drank a steaming cup of hot chocolate with a slight blush on his face. Victor suddenly sat up, startling Yuuri into almost dropping his cup.

"Hey! What was that for?" Yuuri questioned, turning to look at Victor.

"I just.....really want to go play in the snow." Victor admitted, smiling down at Yuuri.

As Yuuri jumped up, smiling, he happily exclaimed to Victor, "Go get your snow stuff on then! I know exactly where we could go!"

About 5 or so minutes later, Victor came basically prancing toward the door, where Yuuri was already standing by the door playing with Makkachin. Yuuri looks up at Victor.

"Come on! Let's go!" Victor exclaims, quickly picking up Yuuri, then carrying him bridal style out the door. Yuuri quickly wraps his arms around Victor's neck, afraid he will fall. Thankfully, Yuuri had already picked up the backpack he was taking along before Victor had swooped him up.

"Eh?!? Victor?!" Yuuri shouts, blushing 50 shades of red. "Why did you do that?"

"Because! It's fun!" Victor says as he smiles his trademark heart-shaped smile. "Let's go build a snowman, then go have a snowball fight, then go sledding, then..." He babbled on, listing things they could do.

Yuuri shrugs slightly. "Why don't we just build a snowman and go sledding for now?" He suggests, "The snow will be here tomorrow, so we can do still do those things."

Victor, not knowing where to go, looks down at the raven haired man he was holding. He was truly a beautiful sight to behold. His sleek, but messy, charcoal locks swung side to side as Victor carried him through the snow. His face wasn't very sharp, and he didn't have very prominent cheekbones, but Victor thought he was adorable with his plump lips and chubby cheeks no matter his weight.

"Uhhhhh, where am I supposed to go again?" He muttered, embarrassed.

"That way." Yuuri stated as he pointed to a snow-covered park, that seemed to be devoid of people.

Victor nods his head, heading in the direction Yuuri told him to go. When they arrive Victor gently places Yuuri down, then crouches on his knees and starts compacting snow together. Yuri soon joined in, happily building the head of the snowman. In about 30 minutes, they had finished making the base of the snowman.

"I'll be right back!" Yuuri exclaimed before running over to the backpack he had been holding, leaving a very confused Victor behind.

Yuuri runs back not even a minute later, carrying a jacket, a hat, a carrot, a few pieces of coal, and a few sticks.

Victor looks at him with a perplexed look on his face.

"What are those for?" He asks.

"It has to have a face and clothes right...? If you don't want to put these on it if you don't want to..!" Yuuri has a panicked look as he mumbled this. "I'll go put it back!" He swiftly turns around to walk back to the backpack, only to be stopped by a hand on his shoulder.

"Wait! We can put them on it! I just didn't know you did that!" Victor exclaims.

"O-Okay!" Yuuri stuttered out as he places the stuff on the glistening snow covered ground.

And so they put the items on the snowman.

"Can we go sledding now?" Victor asks as a wide joy-filled grin spreads across his face as he gazes upon the snowman.

"Sure."Yuuri responds, looking over to Victor. "Can you go grab the sleds?"

"Can do!" Victor hollers to Yuuri as he runs off to get the sleds.

Yuuri starts walking away as Victor jogs back with the sleds.

"Heeeeeyy!! Wait for meeee!" He exclaims as he runs after Yuuri wildly waving his arms, while Yuuri is laughing his butt off as he walks.

Yuuri starts to shiver. He hadn't realized how cold he was until now. His face was flushed, along with the tips of his ears. Victor took note of this and slung his arm around Yuuri then pulled him close, making Yuuri's face go even more crimson. They stayed like this the rest of the way.

The scenery was beautiful. The sun reflected off the silver snow, making everything a bit brighter. The snow covered tree tops with no leaves created an open feel. Birds chirped,

When they arrived, Victor grabbed Yuuri's hand and basically dragged him to the top of the tall hill. Letting go of Yuuri's hand, Victor plopped down on one of the sleds and motioned for Yuuri to come to him.

"Can't I just use the other sled?" Yuuri questioned, a blush rising on his cheeks.

Victor whistled trying to look innocents as he pushed the other sled down the hill with his foot.

"Uh.....no," Victor smiled mischievously.

Yuuri sat down begrudgingly on the sled as Victor wrapped his arms around Yuuri's waist, smirking as he did so. When they pushed off the hill, Victor placed his face in the crook of Yuuri's neck. Yuuri's face then erupted with the color red. When they reached the bottom of the hill, as they stood up, Victor spun Yuuri around and kissed him. Yuuri was shocked at first, as he was not expecting it, but he soon started kissing back. Yuuri wrapped his arms around Victor's neck, tangling his fingers in Victor's silver locks.Victor wrapped his arms around Yuuri's waist, slowly getting more and more passionate. After a few minutes of kissing, they sadly had to break away because of a stupid thing called oxygen. They stood in an embrace for a few more minutes, lovingly staring into the other's eyes. As they untangled their arms, Yuuri peered up at the sky.

"We should probably get going, it's getting dark," Yuuri stated, still looking at the sky.

"Yeah," Victor agreed as he retrieved the sleds.

Victor then walked back over to Yuuri and grabbed his hand, their engagement rings glistening.

"I love you Yuuri." Victor said, smiling, as they were walking home.

"I love you too Victor." Yuuri replied, also with a smile.

And they walked, hand in hand, into the sunset.
