Looks like Edward except for his hair colour and eye colour. He has Bella's chocolate brown eyes and chestnut hair colour (Bella's hair colour in twilight) his height is 6'0. EJ's age froze at the age 18, 7 years after his birth.

Long dark burgundy hair down to her waist, her height is 5'1 chocolate brown eyes. Rosella's age froze at 18, 12 years after her birth.
Rosella's the youngest so it took longer for her to grow and mature.
Vampire Human Hybrid
Bella gave birth to EJ, Renesmee and Rosella when she was still human. Blood rushes though their veins, they have fast heartbeats and they also have very warm temperatures. They're a few degree's cooler than a werewolf.
As they got older and more mature their vampire genes got stronger for EJ it got stronger when he was 5 and 1/2. For Renesmee, she was 6 and 1/2. and for Rosella it got stronger when she was 11. They're faster than vampires their hearing, sight, smell and strength are about the same as a vampire. They where born half human so they have better human traits than vampires and its a lot easier for them to be around humans than it is for vampires.
They can't die unless ripped to pieces and burnt to ash. When they have lost all or most of their blood they need transfusions of both venom and blood. It can take up to 2-9 days for their heart to restart. since they are half breeds venom already runs though their veins, the venom stops their heart, but restarts it after a few days.
Venom can cause stress on their hearts if they have too much in their veins and not enough blood, this causes them to be in lots of pain before they 'die.' Depending on how strong they are it has no effect, except for the burn of the bite.
