It was 20xxx into the future. John, Alex, and a couple close friends went to a circus (No not the creepy clown circus you got scared at as a kid). They took their seats and the lights dimmed. Close to the end of the show the performers called 2 people from the crowd. Alex shoved John and told him to go down. He caved in and went down to go dance with the girl performer, Trixie. She told him that there was an accident backstage and she left him saying he would have to preform with Fredrick, the male performer. He agreed and walked over to the blue grey haired man. John tapped him on the shoulder. Fredrick turn around and said hello. John was shocked to see that the man had no eyes, just a jet black socket.
"H-hello." John spoke with a nervous tone.
"Don't be frightened, I won't hurt you." Fredrick spoke as if he's said it a million times before. "I see Trixie left you with me, well I hope you're okay with dancing with another man."
"D-dancing?!" John spoke shocked. "I-I don't dance"
"Sure you do! I'll help you, okay?" Fredrick said with hope in his...eye sockets(?).
"F-fine." John spoke as the lights dimmed (again) and Fredrick held his hand almost in an inviting way.
John grabbed his hand and Fred pulled him close putting his hands on Johns shoulders. John put his hands on Fred's hips and they started to dance.
"Am I doing it right?" Whispered John to Fredrick.
"You're doing just fine, but stop being so stressed. I can feel your heart race from here." Fred said with a giggle following after.
What felt like eternity the song ended and the lights came on. Fredrick invited John Backstage for some souvenirs. While he was looking for souvenirs John decided to start a conversation.
"So...how long have you done this for?"
"The circus?"
"Y-yeah."
"Well, ever since I was 15. So I guess 6 years. Wow I feel old!" Fredrick exclaimed
"Your 21?!?!" John was so surprised to hear that.
"Hahaha! Do I really look that old?" Fredrick said with the largest grin on his face.
"N-no! You look really young, like 17 or 18!"
Fredrick turned a shade of red, "You flatter me to much!"
John was flustered, "W-w-what are you talk about?!"
"Hahaha! You're funny! Do you need a ride home?"
"No, my friends are gonna drop me off."
"What friends?" Fredrick asked.
John looked around to find them, but no one was there. Little did he know that Alex was standing behind one of the bleachers silently screaming.
"OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!" Alex thought to herself. Alex was the gayest pet you'll ever meet and she desperately wanted to get John to hookup with guys (he's pan).
"Here," Fred handed him a card, "here's my number if you ever need a ride. Well I've got to go, see you later!" He walked away outside onto his motorcycle.
"Well, I guess I should go find Alex a-" He turned around to see Alex 5 feet away from his face, "WHOAH!!!"
"Hi there!" She said with a large grin and sparkles in her eyes, "Soooooooooo, how are you!!!"
"I'm good, can we just go home? I'm tired and hungry," John wined.
"Fine..." Alex complained.
