Falling For The Bad Boy

Chapter 5

That's Ryder up there^_^
We walk into class and Ryder just keeps on pulling me to the back. There was only one seat back here.
"Get up. Now"
The guy got his stuff and sprang up moving to the front of the classroom.
Ryder finally let go of my hand and told me to sit.
"I don't want her anywhere near you again. Don't let her touch you, talk to you, look at you, or even come near you. Got it?"
My mouth fails to form words because I'm surprised by the sudden outburst of madness. So I just shake my head yes and look away. The rest of class was quiet. I would take glances at Ryder catchig him in deep thought. About 20 minutes before the end of class I look at Ryder to catch him starring at me. We make eye contact and I stare into his deep beautiful green eyes. His eyes are like a forest you could get lost in. He breaks eye contact and looks away so I do to.

Ryder's pov (point of view)
(Back to this morning)
"I'll see ya later cupcake" I say as I walk off. I don't know why but I start smiling as I walk off. As soon as I turn around though I decide to shake off that feeling. I go to the back of the school and find Landon sitting there smoking.
"Hey man" I say as I walk up to him. "Can I have a light" I say as I pull out a cigarette.
"Yeah man. Here ya go." He says as he hands me his lighter.
I light my cigarette and breathe in the smoke. Cigarettes calm my nerves. For some reason my nerves were high today. I don't know why though but for now I'm just going to let the cigarette calm me down.
"Hey you ok man. You look tired."
"Oh uh yeah I'm fine there was a wild party last night."
"Oh I'm grounded so I couldn't go."
The school bell rings and I get up to go. I crush my cigarette under my foot and walk off. When I get in the shchool I walk down to my first class which  is math. When I get in the hall I hear Ara talking to someone.
"Yeah Ryder's yours like every other guy in the school. He probably hates your guts."
I hear Ara with some attitude in her voice. Then all the sudden I hear the slamming of a locker. No. Someone getting slammed against the locker. I run down the hall to see Ara against the locker and Carmine in front of her ready to punch.
"Now you have it coming hard." I hear Carmine says as she is about to punch Ara. Ara shrinks up ready for the blow but I refuse to see it. I run over to where Carmine and Ara is and I push Carmine out of the way. As I do I get infront of Ara to protect her.
Carmine turns around to look at me.
"You know Carmine,Ara is right I do hate your guts."
After that Carmine walks over to me and puts her hand on my chest trying to get in my good side. Which would never happen after today's events.
"Oh but we both know that's a lie." She says with a wink. Is she trying to get hurt?
"No it's the truth." I say as I push her hand off of me.
I turn around and grab Ara's wrist and drag her to class. When we get to the classroom I head to the back. I don't care if people seen me with her. I was mad right now. 
"Get up. Now" I say to some guy as I see there is only one seat. He scrambles up and moves to the front.
"Sit down"I say as I let go of Ara's wrist.
"I don't want her anywhere near you again.
Don't let her touch you, talk to you, look at you, or even touch you. Got it?" I look at her as I say this. She doesn't say anything but shakes her head yes then looks away.
I don't know why but if I ever see Carmine or anyone being mean to her I will probably hurt them. All through class I m quiet so is Ara. I look over at her to find her starring at me. We both keep eye contact while I look at her I noticed that she has light freckles across her nose. Her eyes are a beautiful combination of dark green and gray. I remember that I can't do this again. So I look away.

Ara's pov
At last it's lunch. I love food.
As I'm walking to the cafeteria someone touches my shoulder. I turn around to see Ryder looking at me.
"Hey do you want to sit with me today?"
I was really surprised when he said this. I never thought someone like him would hang out with a person like me.
"Ok yeah I guess."
"Ok then follow me."
I follow Ryder to his table. Which surprisingly was empty.
"Where's Landon?"
"I think he skipped. He was here this morning."
"Oh ok." I say as I sit down. Ryder sits down beside me.
"Hey what do you like to eat?"
"Oh I usually eat a tuna sandwich with a coke."
"Ok I'll get it for you. I'll be right back."
I wait for him to get back and see some people starring at me. I put my head down hoping Ryder gets back soon.
"Here you go."
I look up to see Ryder with a sandwich and a Coke.
"Oh thank you."
As we eat Ryder and me talk. At one time he makes me laugh and when I look up I see Elliot looking over at us and he looked kind of mad. I decided to look away so he won't see me starring.
"Ara can I talk to you?"
I look up to see Elliot standing there in front of us. He looked mad actually.
"Can I talk to you... alone please?" He says after I don't answer.
"Yeah." I say very quietly.
I don't like the feeling in my stomach as he says that.
