Cupid's Targets

Prologue

Cupids, The God of Love and Affection, carries two symbol with them, the Bow and Arrow.

We Cupids are entrusted with these symbol at birth in the age of 13. We carry one goal, and that is to help seal two people together.
During our work, we hide from humankind.
So that our kind won't be in torment.
We started to hide based on the beliefs of our past generations, wherein people tend to pluck out some of our fair, snowy, bloodless feathers of our wings. During the old times, a rumor developed saying that one pluck from our feather gives eternal life and beauty. For others, one pluck causes death.

The offshoot of these rumors caused people to foster their twisted minds and create what they call "Cupids Grouse". An event to hunt and collect our feathers. Those who reaps more will be awarded. For them, it is just a mere celebration. But for us, a huge catastrophe began.

I Sakura Misuzuno, did not obey such rules given from our kind. I did not want to be a mere pawn to embelish love for those who treats us with rancor. Because of this, I was easily executed from our kind.

With this, I can now officiate love for myself. I stopped hiding from humankind and decided to act as a human girl. I even went and enrolled myself in a school called "TokiretoHimura High" (Himura High ^_^)
If you're wondering how a non-human entered and enrolled myself in a school is only because I could easily captivate one person's eyes and control them. I'm one raunchy cupid aren't I? From here on, I reluctantly showed off and started my highschool days.
