Rocky wakes me up a few hours later and I get up and go to my room. I go to the bathroom and take a shower. I get out, grab a red, short sleeved, bird print top, short, blue and white striped pencil skirt, a white, lacy, drop vest, a slim, brown belt, and a pair of strappy brown sandals. I curl my hair, put on my favorite red lip gloss, and put on some light red eyeshadow. I walk out and Ross and Riker are sitting on my bed.

"What's up?" I ask them.

"We wanted to talk to you." Riker says.

"Actually, Rikes wanted to talk to you. He told me to be here just in case you started crying and screaming." Ross tells me.

"Whatever! Just...let me talk to you, Laura." Riker said. I don't know what to do, so I let him talk. "What do you think of everyone?" he asks.

"What do you mean? I've only really even talked to three people in this house. Actually, if you count right now, four." I say, like the smart-allic girl I am.

"Alright. Then today you're hanging with me." he says, killing my happiness.

"Why?" I ask, anger boiling in my voice.

"So you can get to know everyone. I'd let you do something with Rocky, but he's off with his girlfriend, her cousin, and her cousin's boyfriend." he says.

"Fine!" I yell at him, anger, fear, sadness, and for some reason, relief all obvious in my frustrated tone.

"Why can't she just hang with me again?!?!" Ross asks, obviously angry. I like it.

"Because she hung out with you for two days. She hung out with Rocky for three hours. She's hanging out with me." Riker said, annoyance clear in his shaky, calm tone.

"Whatever!" Ross yells then storms out.

"Whatcha wanna do?" Riker asks.

"Hang out with Ross." I say. He rolls his eyes in annoyance then hugs me. I don't know why, but I hug back. It's so warm in his arms. I want him to stop hugging me, but I also never want him to let go.

"Really Laura. What do you wanna do?" he asks, letting go of me.

"Can we go to the skatepark?" I ask hopeful.

"Do you have a board?" he asks. I walk to my closet and grab my lightest suitcase. I set it on my bed and motion for him to open it. He comes to the bed, opens the case, and inside is a Girl skateboard. The screw heads at the top are blue, pink, orange, and green. Those are also the colors of the wheels. It's custom made, so the bottom is a picture stamping. I call it a picture stamping. It's five pictures, all scattered around the bottom of the skateboard. Riker looks down at it, up at me, then back down to the board. "Where did you get this?" Riker asks, fascinated.

"My mom worked for Girl. She did custom boards. That was a present for my 15th birthday." I tell him.

"I thought you lost your memory?" he asks.

"I remember some stuff." I confess.

"Oh." he says.

"Yeah." I say, my voice barely above a whisper.

He runs to his room while I walk downstairs with my board. I wait at the door and he comes sliding down the rail with a skateboard in his hands. He practically pushes me out of the door and we skate to the park.

We're there for about three hours before he says we should go home. We skate the whole way, neither of us saying a word.

I run straight up to Ross's room. He's sitting in there with four other people. Two boys and two girls.

"Just tell her!" the girl closest to him shouts at him. She has brown eyes, medium length brown hair with a lace braid running across the back. She's wearing a short sleeved, yellow dress that has pockets and goes down to her knees and strappy brown sandals.

"Cait's right, you doof!" the boy closest to him yells. I look closely and realize that boy is Rocky.

"Listen to them!" the other girl yells. She had crystal blue eyes, long blonde hair that's in a crown braid, a long, white, floral, waterfall dress, pink flats, and a 3/4 sleeved denim jacket that ends around her rib cage.

"Listen to Q!" the other boy shouts. He's got dark, dark brown eyes, dark brown hair, freckled face, and is wearing a red v-neck, black leather jacket, ripped jeans, and red pinwheels. All I know is that pinwheels are a type of high-tops.

"Cameron's right. Woah!" the brown haired girl says.

"What?!?!" Ross asks, concern swelling up his throat.

"Cameron's right!" she yells back.

"HOLY CRAP! CAM'S RIGHT!" Rocky and the blonde girl yell in perfect unison. Then they all start laughing.

"Seriously. Tell her. Who cares what mom and dad will say. If you really mean what you just told us, the tell her. At the hockey game!" the brown haired girl tells him. Wow. I can't believe it. Ross is in love with a girl his parents wouldn't think he should be dating. Ross invited me to the hockey game yesterday. We were listening to a girl sing Amsterdam by Imagine Dragons. I can't go if he's gonna tell some girl he loves her there.

"Great idea, Caitlin. You, Quinn, and Cameron." Ross says.

"What about me? Your older brother?" Rocky asks.

"You already know you're awesome. Do you really need us to tell you?" Caitlin tell him.

"Maybe." Rocky answers. She gets up from Ross's right and sits down right beside Rocky. She kisses his cheek the punches Ross.

"Oh, it's on!" he yells.

I can't watch anymore because I'm scared to see what'll happen next. I knock on the door and Caitlin comes to the door. Ross looks up and sees me standing there.

"H-how long have you been standing there?" he asks concerned.

"I just came upstairs." I lie.

"Oh." he replies. "Why don't you come in? You can meet all these foreigners."

"HEY!" the three people I haven't met all yell.

"Sure." I say, walking in the room.

"Okay. Madame Yellow is Rocky's girlfriend, Caitlin, blondie is her cousin, Quinn, and freckles is her boyfriend, Cameron." Ross tells me.

"Okay." I say. "I'm gonna go change."

"Why?" Quinn asks me.

"I was at the skate park with Riker for three hours." I tell her.

"Did he do that flip?" Caitlin asks me.

"The one where he holds the board while flipping?" I ask.

"Yeah."

"Then yes."

After I say that, there's an awkward silence in the room and I don't know why. Finally, (thank God) Caitlin speaks up.

"That's the trick he does to impress girls. I taught him that when I was two." she says. I'm impressed.

"And you mean what?" I ask, confusion and curiosity in my face and voice.

"Riker likes you." they all say in perfect unison. The only person who doesn't say anything is Ross. I guess he didn't like hearing that because he stormed out of the room all angry. He reminded me of the Hulk.

"I'll go see what's wrong." I say.
