DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN ANY OF JK ROWLINGS CHARACTERS EXCEPT MY OWN: KARAH AND NOAH. ALSO THIS IS IN KARAHS POINT OF VIEW AND NOAH IS A GUY!
Karah ducks down as her best friend Noah comes rushing forward, looking a little sour. She makes sure she covers her faces as she slides down onto the cold, hard floor. "I thought you said she liked me!" Karah opens one eye, peeking through the tiny cracks on her hands. "I thought she did! Well, she acted like she did."
Noah stands there staring, giving her the all-to-well look of disappointment. "Look Noah, I'm sorry. I didn't know she had a boyfriend, and plus she was clearly flirting with you. How was I suppose to know that she is with another man?"
The brown headed boy frowns, plopping a seat right next to her. "I suppose you're right."
Karah nods and hugs Noah as he rests his head on her shoulder. "It just really sucks. She was pretty too."Karah runs her fingers through his thick bulk of hair while Noah sighs in frustration. "Well you do know what that means, right?" Karah says excitedly.
Noah looks up, slightly curious and slightly unmotivated for another one of Karah's not-so-good-ideas. "Oh no, please can it wait? I don't know if I can handle another one of your idiotic plans. No offense."
Karah smirks, getting up then holding out her hand for her best friend. "I promised you that I would help you find a date for Hogsmade, so that's what I'm going to do!"
Noah mumbles under his breath as Karah pulls him up. "I think I'll pass. You tried and let's face it, you absolutely suck at everything."
Looking hurt, Karah stands there staring at Noah's deep brown eyes. "I don't suck at everything! Just most things."
"Oh I'm sorry, basically almost everything." Noah says sarcastically.
Karah rolls her eyes and starts walking down the hallway, passing by some Huffepuffs rushing to get to class. "Look whose talking says the boy who can't even get his own girlfriend."
"Oh please, majority of the girls that I fancy are already in a relationship."
Karah stops walking and turns to Noah, raising one of her eyebrows. "Oh yeah, and majority of those girls at the time where not dating anybody, so please keep talking."
Noah smirks after a good few seconds of awkward silence and walks closer to Karah. "You are in the same boat buttercup. Can't even find yourself a boyfriend."
"Oh please, cry me a river. We are in different boats and you know very well." Karah snaps as she continues walking down the hall.
"Only because you have your heart set on someone. I wonder how pitifully obvious it is for that someone. Hmm... let's see."
Karah groans in frustration and turns around, facing Noah's smirking face. "Fine, you win. Now quit it before I smack you."
"Fine, but know that I will rub it in your face for entirety."
Karah let's a frustration sigh as Noah starts to pass her, but in her mind she could care less. Her day had turn for the worse when a black headed figure made its way towards the two.
He man started to point, screaming out Noah's name. Karah decided to sneak out, shrugging her shoulders towards Noah as he looks at her wide-eyed. 'I'm sorry' she mouth as she ran the opposite way. In the distance she could hear the man scream, "THATS MY FUCKING GIRLFRIEND!"
She continues to walk until she feels her stomach growl in which case she makes her way towards The Great Hall. She could hear multiple whispers throughout the hallway about Black beating up Noah. Karah whimps as she hears that he got beat up pretty badly and had to go to the hospital wing.
Deciding to grab some fruit, Karah tucks one into her robes while the other feeds into her mouth. She then heads up to see Noah, ready to make a peace offering in case he was ready to yell.
She peaks her head into the doorway, spotting two kids laying down on the bed across from each other. Karah spots Noah instantly as he does the same. Noah begins to yell pulling attention towards the small, idiotic girl.
"WHY DIDNT YOU SAY ANYTHING... TELL HIM FOR FUCKSAKE!"
She squeezes her eyes, shutting them intensely and backing away from the door. "KARAH LYNN JOSEPH!" Noah screams loudly, "STOP BEING SUCH A COWARD AND TELL HIM!"
She steps back into the room, her heart and body shaking tremendously as she slowly walks over towards Noah's side. She sighs and hands him a red, juicy apple as Noah takes it gracefully. Noah looks up at her and nods, making Karah cheeks turn a bright shade of red. She quietly tells him, nervously talking his ear off. With a suspicious grin, the boy rubs his chin, examining the girl in front of him. He smirks, letting out a chuckle. "Very well then." He says.
