-when you're writing, take breaks in between writing small sections. this will give you time to do what you want during a break, but it will also allow you to come back to what you're working on.
-with the break thing, time yourself to write for a few minutes and then break for a few minutes.
-don't rush yourself, because then you may have more errors that will cause you to be super unsatisfied with your writing
