One week later

Anthony's POV

I awoke to the vibrations of my phone. I groaned as I picked up the phone then jumped up realizing it was Lin and Tommy form Hamilton. " Yes. Yes Thank you. I really appreciate it. Ok. Wait what? Really! Thank you so much I look forward to working with you!" I hung up and called my mom to tell her that her son just landed a potential Broadway musical. I was so happy but couldn't help but wonder if Jasmine made it. I guess I'll find out next week at rehearsals.

Jasmines POV

" No I didn't get his number" I replied to my friend Pippa . We had met at the auditions when I was walking out and we hit it off right away. "Ok, so let me get this straight, you met this super cute guy at the auditions and never got his number? And now you can't stop thinking about him?? Wow! What's wrong with you?!?" She yelled at me.
"I know, I know! It just happened so fast I wasn't thinking straight! I-" my phone cut me off. It was Lin. I hung up and looked at pips with wide eyes.
" I GOT THE PART" I screamed. We both celebrated and hugged, while getting weird looks from the other customers at Barnes and noble. " I'm so happy for you Jazzy!" She said when we calmed down. Pippa had found out she got the part of Eliza a few days ago and we reacted the same way. I couldn't stop thinking about Anthony and hoped that I would get to work with him.

One week later

Jasmines POV

Today we start rehearsals and I am SO READY. The minute I walked into the theatre my heart stopped when I saw Anthony. He saw me and smiled as I walked towards him. " Hey! You got the part! Congratulations!" He said happily. " You too! I told you you'd do great!" I replied. " Yeah, maybe you were my good luck charm." He blushed
" Wow I'm honored!" I said placing my hand on my chest for dramatic effect. He laughed. He had a great laugh. " I hope we get to see each other a lot" he said. " Oh yeah me too! I have a feeling this is going to be great!" I said.
I had no idea.

Anthony's POV

At the theater I met my dressing room-mate. " Hey what's up I'm oak." He said in a deep voice. " Hey I'm Anthony its great to meet you." I said. I was so excited to start this project that I almost forgot about all the people I was going to meet. But at the same time, I kept an eye out for Jasmine, hoping she got the part. When we went into the hallway to see who else had arrived my rates immediately went to the beauty with the curly brown hair. " Hey! You got the part!" I said trying not to sound so eager. We chatted for a while before Lin called everyone to the stage. We all headed over as I continued talking to Jasmine.
" Hello everyone! Congrats on making it! I'm so thrilled to work with all of you, but we have a whole lot of work to do! So really quickly let me introduce everyone!" Lin went through a list of people and who they were playing. Jasmine started talking to a woman named Renee who was playing Angelica Schuyler. I met this guy named Daveed that seemed cool. Him. Oak and I were talking for a while before Lin announced we were working on "Helpless". We went through the music a few times and when he saw that everyone knew it, we started on the choreography. " okay, so I want Jasmine here and... Anthony! Come over here! You guys will be paired up for this number so get comfortable with each other now!" The choreographer said. " No problem." I replied keeping my eyes on Jasmine while she started to blush. She so cute when she's nervous. We went through our dance and I could feel the spark igniting every time we made contact with each other. " Wow someone been taking dance lessons " she said jokingly. " Thanks your not so bad yourself." I said in reply. " Your not too bad to look at either." She said to my surprise." I looked back at her and smiled. " I'm glad we got paired up. Ever since I saw you at the audition I knew you were special. I still feel it. I hope we can hang out sometime" I hoped I hadn't sounded like I was going to fast. I just couldn't handle it, she's perfect. " me too. Y'know, I think this is the beginning of something great" she replied. I smiled and stared at her lips. Even though we were in the wings I could still see her clearly. I so badly want to kiss her. I think I'm falling for her and I don't mind. Our moment was ruined when I saw Stacy with her arms crossed behind Jasmine. This can't be good.
