It has been a couple days since Sam and Liz have kissed and they hadn't talked about it either, but that might have been because the two of them hadn't spent much time together over the weekend. Liz's parents came home Saturday morning and they wanted to spend the day as a family. Sunday, they saw each other cause they had church and then Liz's dad wanted her home for dinner cause he was having people from work come over. Although they hadn't been together physically they texted the whole time.

It was now Monday and Sam couldn't wait to get to school. It was nice being able to see his friends and not have to keep a secret from them anymore. He thought they all would have treated him differently but that wasn't the case. Everyone was back to being normal with everyone. Sam walked into the school and headed to his locker. As he was walking he saw that Liz was standing there waiting, she had her back to him. He walked up to her and put his hands around her from the back.

"Hey you!" He whispered in her ear causing her to smile.

"Hi" She replied, "I've missed you, feels like ages since we've been together."

"Oh really? Cause we saw each other yesterday silly." Sam said while opening his locker.

"I know but still," She giggled.

"I know what you mean, I'm just messing with you, you know I missed you." Liz then stood on her tippy toes, kissed his cheek, and then put her hand through his hair.

"Woah, watch the hair eh." He joked and then said, "That was my Uncle Jesse impression."

Liz couldn't help but laugh that she had tears coming out of her eyes.

"That wasn't even that funny." Sam said and chuckled.

Liz finally contained her laughter and said, "I know, it just hit my funny bone."

Sam closed his locker and grabbed Liz's hand. They had both gotten to school early and had 15 minutes before their classes started. They walked to the choir room to sit and spend a little time together before they wouldn't see each other till lunch. Once they were in the choir room Liz asked,

"Do you have work today?"

"Yep!" He sighed, he didn't want to tell anyone but he was getting sick of his job. They had told him on Friday that they wanted him working from 5 to 11 now. He wasn't happy with that cause he would barely get time with Liz and he wanted to be able to study for his final exams that were going to be coming up.

"Dang, your starting your new hours today, right?"

"No, that starts Wednesday thankfully."

"Good!" Liz said feeling glad.

"Whyyyy?" Sam said while leaning in so his face was just inches from her face.

"I just want some alone time with you." Liz blushed.

"Aweeee!" With their faces just inches apart, Sam leaned in and kissed Liz on the lips. It was just a little peck and then pulled away.

Liz then said, "Nope, come back here!" She grabbed his arm gently and pulled him closer to her. She then put her hands around his neck and this time leaned in for a kiss. It was a little longer and with a little more passion. When they pulled away Liz looked at him with a big smile,

"Much better!"

"You like that?" Sam asked.

"Yes I do, you've got some nice lips on that mouth of yours." She confessed.

"I totally do, don't I?" He chuckled.

"Yes you do! I like kissing them" She giggled.

"Oh that's a relief because I love kissing yours." Sam kissed her cheek and she smiled and leaned her head on his shoulder. "And back to what you said about alone time, I want that too! My dad said we don't have to watch the kids after school so we can just go to your house?" He asked.
