The next day came. Jenna once again has to wake up early, but today something exciting is going to happen because from now on she's going to ride the school bus. Her mom is too busy to drive her to school.
She prepared extra early due to her excitement. When the school bus came to her house, she hurriedly went to the bus and sat beside Abbie. They were seated at the last row of the bus, so there are still a lot of space in their row. Students usually sits in front. When the school bus is almost packed, they came to their last stop.
It was the De Guzman's residence, as Marlon entered the bus he tried to look for a seat and found one at the end of the bus. He sat beside Jenna. It was really awkward for Jenna, but not for Marlon instead he was psyched to be with Jenna. He find Jenna really interesting.
Marlon asked Jenna, "Why didn't you replied to my text message?". Jenna was a little bit confused at first and later on realized that it was Marlon who sent her the 'thank you' message. Maybe it's because she didn't tell the teacher what happened. She doesn't really care about it anyway.
"Why would I reply? You are still a stranger after all." Jenna said.
Marlon was a little annoyed, but still find that girl amusing. They didn't talk to each other after that. They reached school without bugging each other. Everyone got off the bus and they were the last one to exit.
"Let's go Jenna!!" exclaimed her best friend, Abbie.
"Okay! Let's go!" she answered.
When they got inside the campus, they went to the locker room to grab their books. Abbie brought up what happened earlier.
"You're so mean! Do you really hate Marlon that much?"
"I don't hate him, it's just that I don't like to be associated with a guy like him. Totally not my type!" sha said in a grumpy tone.
"Just chill girl, let's just talk about your ex shall we?"
"I transferred section, so I can forget about him, okay?"
"Okay, I'm sorry!!"
While they're running through the hallways Jenna bumped into her ex, Joaquim. She just proceed on walking like nothing happened.
"Woah, speaking if the devil!" said Abbie.
That was a nice way to start the day for Jenna.🤦🏻♀️
