Jungkook's pov

I looked at her, shaking her leg and obviously nervous. She isnt fine. she wasnt fine all day, i could sense it. I sighed, looking away and my eyes widened as i looked beside me and yoongi was grinning

i gulped "what?"

"nothing" he said

"i wasnt staring!" i defended

"i didnt say that" he ruffled my hair and i huffed, looking at her once again then looked out the window

Jihee was the first to run to the restaurant. I quickly ran after her and helped her open the metal door, so it wouldnt be a task

I watched her smile as she looked around and i did the same.

The restaurant looked so colorful, amazing and simple at the same time. I miss simple.

"Jihee look thats us"

i joined the boys and looked around the pictures, it was amazing.

I looked at Jihee as her eyes traced from the picture that yeona showed us to a similar picture with a similar little girl, but this one was with her parents. They looked happy, like the ones you see in the movies.

 A satisfied happy family

"im going to the bathroom" Jihee stood up, marching over. But i saw her change directions, heading to the kitchen instead

No one paid attention so i stood up, not only curious but a part of me was..worried

I watched as she begged the old, sad looking man

I wanted to do something or say something but i couldnt. I had no part in this at all, so i just kept quiet and watched her slowly break down

I slowly walked over to where Jihee and the man was, trying not to disturb

"please" she begged, one last time before she slipped, just in time for me to run and quickly grab her. Relieved she didnt end up on the floor but in my arms instead, i reassured the man id take her out

She ran as soon as i opened the door out from the back, sobbing, her head shaking.

I slowly approached her. Ive never been in a situation like this. My arms were wide open and i kept them that way, not knowing what to do.

I slowly and gently sat her down, but it didnt calm her down at all.

There she was, her hands covering her face and her little figure shaking while she sobbed, i did the only thing my gut told me to do

Hold her

So i did, tight.

For a long time.
