The Mask Man

The day came that everyone was waiting for. But someone didn't care at all. Arthit was lazy to even get up from his bed. He was love sick, more specifically. But he was an intern not an regular employee so attending the fest was important. Pin already texted him and asked him to be ready at 5 PM as they to check all the thing one last time. But the irritating thing was every little thing was reminding him of Kong. Initially they planned to spend weekend together but then fest came up and now this. Aagghh!! He was frustrated. So at last he decided to get up from his bed freshen up. When went towards his cupboard, he again dashed into a unwanted thing. It was Kong's dairy. Usually he would just wear whatever he found but now that it was his company's fest he had to wear formal. At this very point it was the only thing he didn't want to see. Emotionlessly he closed the door and walked towards the main door, wore his shoes and left the house. Even though Pin asked him to be ready at 5 in the evening, he got all dressed up at 12 itself. His apartment, every little thing reminded him of Kong. So just to distract himself he decided to go to his office.

He informed Pin about it and decided decided to reach the venue at 5 by himself. He somehow started concentrating and did completed all his work that he couldn't do in few days. After that he went to the staff waiting room and lied down on the sofa. He was not tired but he didn't want to see anything else that reminded him of kong but slowly sleep took him away.

Mean while Pin called kong and told about Arthit coming by himself. It was nothing to be worried about but still. The plan included another man too so kong asked Aim and he agreed right away. Pin, Kong and Aim decided to meet at a coffee shop. From there the left to buy the most important thing in the whole plan,the mask. After the shopping Pin explained the plan to kong and Aim.

"Understand? "Asked Pin.

"Yeah! P', but you are sure right that it will work? "Asked Kong with a worried face.

"More then my life!! And will you stop asking me the same question over and over again. "Said Pin.

It was almost time so Pin left. Kong was nervous and was literally cold sweating. He was thankful that Aim was with him to make him feel better. It was already 5 but Arthit never arrived. Kong got to know about it because Pin informed them continuously. The sun was setting down and as it went down it made Kong worried. Some many questions blew his mind away. Did he got to know about the plan? Is he mad that's why he is not coming? Is he seeing someone else? All these questions made him.

Arthit was still the waiting room, sleeping out his sleepless nights. When he woke up it was about to 6. He cursed himself and rushed out of the building. The venue was near so it was a relief. He reached the venue with in10 minutes. He was relieved that he was not that late. He saw Pin at the entrance and ran towards her. But she was talking to men that were kind if familiar to Arthit. But when was about to reached, both of them already left. Whatever, Arthit didn't care.

"Aahh!! P' , I am so sorry. I went to office to complete my work and after that I overslept. I am so sorry. Now you should rest and tell me what to do I'll do it all. " said Arthit apologetically.

Seeing Arthit was a relief to Pin and mostly for Kong. As it was themed fest so everyone came according to that. Everyone had their own masks and who didn't, company proved them. There was rides, gaming Booth, stalls and the most attractive 'the dancing ball palace'. It was the place where the whole plan was about to be executed. Arthit and Pin wore mask and so did Kong and Aim. They quietly followed both of them. Pin diverted Arthit to not to look in their direction. It was it the time they reached the dancing ball palace. It was beautiful, romantic, attractive and magical.

"Ai'Oon, let's get inside. I am so excited!! Let's go please." pleaded Pin.

"But P', it's dancing. So boring let's go somewhere else" .said Arthit. Even though he said he didn't want to but inside he found it the most romantic place. He remembered how once Kong asked him dance but he was shy. Now he wished that he could ask him again so that he could say yes. But for him that seemed impossible because Kong didn't even called, they haven't seen each other properly for more then 2 weeks so this was out of the question.
