'Nanba Prison...The exact location of this particular prison is a classified information away from public. All you need to know about this place was the fact that it floats in the sea on a remote island within the Japanese nation. This place held the best guards from all around the world, it has the best technology, best medical care in the world, and the prison prides itself in its highest-level security. This prison is so tough on its security that it makes Alcatraz Prison look like My Little Ponies. 

Prisoners can only go in and never out. Why? Because a prison is not a place for convicts to waltz out of the door! 

As I speak, another inmate is making their way here by a helicopter. This inmate is so dangerous that I am to escort them to the allocated building. The inmate number is 1314...the inmate is so dangerous that the crime's information is classified and only the Warden know what the inmate did to get here...' Sugoroku Hajime was on his way to meet the new and dangerous inmate. He's not sure what to expect once he got there but getting there was the most important. 

"Supervisor, I'm scared..." Following behind Hajime was Tanabata Seitarou, who was clearly scared stiff by the news of the dangerous inmate who had arrived to Nanba Prison. "I can see why the inmate would be here, but why do we have to be responsible with the escorting when the inmate is going to building 1?" 

"Who knows." 

"What do you think the inmate did? Oh! Just thinking about it is scaring me! I'm so scared!" 

"Stop it! You're a guard, you shouldn't be scared of an inmate! It should be the other way around!" 

"But the thought of it is scary!" 

"Tch!" Hajime was making his way to see the inmate. He had heard the inmate was getting the number tattoo done and will be ready soon. 

"Hajime~!" Hitokoe Mitsuru waved Hajime and Seitarou over, "Are you here to escort your new inmate~?" 

Hajime found his tone of voice rather irritating. 

"Huh? The inmate is going to building 1, you idiot!" 

"About that...there has been some minor changes and now the inmate is transferred to your care instead."

"What should I have to care for another inmate, I already have a lot on my hands!" Hajime shouted at Mitsuru, "I am taking her to Building 1-" 

"Warden's order." Mitsuru held up piece of paper that had already been signed by Nanba Prison's Warden, Hyakushiki Momoko. 

"...IT SAYS THAT YOU'RE THE ONE WHO SUGGESTED THE IDEA!" Hajime was pulling Mitsuru by the collar, "Why are you giving me more trouble?!" 

"I thought it'd be fun." 

"Geez!" Hajime wanted to say otherwise about this but it was too little too late as the Warden already approved of the changes Mitsuru made behind his back. "I'll just beat that inmate up if submission is not happening." 

"Supervisor, you can't do that!" Seitarou reminded quickly. 

"Shut up! If this inmate turns out to be just like those four idiots, I will have so much on my plate!" 'I have no idea what this dangerous inmate do to get here. Whatever it is, it doesn't change the fact I am a guard she is an inmate-' "Holy crap, this is the most innocent inmate I have ever seen..." Hajime said the moment he opened the door. 

What's the problem?

"Hm?" She had just finished getting the number '314' tattooed onto her. "Hello there." 

"Uh...hi." Hajime wasn't quite sure what to say. "Are you a visitor?" 

"No, I'm an inmate." The innocent looking inmate had short blue hair that matched the color of her eyes, wearing a white jacket with a navy blue tie with stars hanging from the end, and a light blue dress that consisted of a yellow center. Her socks barely reached her knees and she's wearing a pair of brown shoes that reminded of going to school.
