Nanba Prison is the most strictest prison in Japan. Due to its maximum security, this place is able to hold some of the most deadliest criminals. Well except building 13.... So what's with building 13? Well to be simply specific, let's just say that there's a breakout in cell 13 every single day and Hajime isn't liking it one bit. Until one woman came in and shows them who's boss. That woman is none other than Elissa Carmichael who is a correctional officer from Canada for three years. The warden looks over her job description and recommends Elissa to work with Hajime from building 13 in Nanba Prison as his partner much to Hajime's dismay. Despite Nanba prison's maximum security and strict reputation, Elissa remain devoted to her job without breaking a sweat. But what happens if Hajime finds himself drawn by his new partner?
