In the Gingerbread House Building Challenge posted on December 16, at the 1:09 mark, Ethan says that the gingerbread house includes peanuts and that he cannot eat it but he will build it.
In the Toys for Tots stream that started on December 23 (I think) Ethan is at home for the holiday. At 3:24:41, Tyler decides to tease Ethan about not being able to eat stickers because of the peanuts by showing how good they were. (I have done the same exact thing to my cousin XD) Then he said, "I'm just excited that I can eat peanuts now because I don't want Ethan to die.
Tyler eating things that include peanuts have nothing to do with Ethan. As Ethan said, and Tyler was present when Ethan said he will build the gingerbread house even though there are peanuts. He just he cannot consume them...
Tyler was literally implying that him and Ethan kiss because that's how Ethan would die if Tyler ate peanuts.
