At 3:07:05 in The Human Rights Campaign, Mark was asked if he would choose Ethan or Tyler to be with if they were the only two people left. Mark of course chose Tyler because he is an Eagle Scout but Tyler said that he may not have his medication so Ethan would be the correct person to choose. Tyler would rather Ethan live than himself that is so sweet.
