    YANG'S POV
Ruby and I sat on her bed eating cookies.
" Soooo... Ruby. You gonna ask Weiss to the dance?" I asked smirking.            

" WHAT?! Me!??" She yelled nearly choking on her cookie. I don't know why she was so shocked at the question, they've always been super flirty with each other.

" Yes you!" I said. She looked really embarrassed, luckily, Weiss and Blake went to the library to get a couple books so they couldn't hear this.

" I can't do that!!" She said.

" what?? Why not!?" I asked.

" I don't know how! I'll just mess up and she'll never talk to me again!!!" She cried.

" Haha! You'll be fine lil sis! Just do what I did when I asked Blakey out."
I laughed.
She paused for a moment then said "what did you do?"

" I said, is your name Dunkin? because I donut want to spend another day without you!" I said smiling.

she giggled then said " Yang! This is Weiss we're talking about! Do you really think she'd like that?!"

" No....But! We can practice you asking her out, that way you won't get nervous and mess up when you actually ask her out!"
" good idea!!!!"

" I know." I said as I jump off her bed and run to the closet.

" okay. So I be Ruby and you be Weiss."
I said as I take out some of Ruby's clothes.

" why don't I just be Ruby.. BECAUSE I AM RUBY!!!" She yelled then jumped off the bed and walked up to me.

" because YOU don't know what to do or say!" I said and started changing into one of her dresses, it was very small on me, but I can make it work.

" I guess you're right." She said as she changed into Weiss' dress.
I looked at her and she looked at me. We were quiet for a couple seconds then started laughing uncontrollably. The door opened, we didn't notice because we were laughing so hard. It was Weiss and Blake. They stood there speechless.
Blake didn't look surprised. But Weiss looked furious.

" Weiss! I can explain!" Ruby said.

" enough! You REALLY think that you can wear those shoes and that dress?!"

" uh-"

" NO! It's a fashion disaster! Take those shoes off this instant!"
Weiss yelled pointing to Ruby's boots.
Honestly, Weiss was right. Her shoes didn't match the dress at all.

Ruby didn't know what to say so she quietly slipped off her boots while Weiss walked over to her closet and pulled out a pair of white boots and handed them to Ruby. Everyone was confused at this point.

" aren't you mad?" Ruby said and put on the new white boots.

" How could I be mad at you..? You look adorable.." Weiss mumbled.

" W-what!?" Ruby said, her face turning a bit red.

" Uhm...." Weiss said looking down.

I laughed a little then grabbed Ruby's hand.

" We'll be right back!" I said and pulled Ruby outside.

" Ruby! Now is your chance!" I yelled.

"I don't think I can do it!" She said.
I picked up a leaf off the ground and laughed, " yes you can, I beleaf! In you!.........Eh?!"

" That was TERRIBLE!" She said and walked back inside. I put the leaf in my pocket then followed her.
When we got back to our dorm, we saw all of JNPR standing outside theirs. Ren and Nora were kissin' and Jaune and Pyrrha were standing there awkwardly.

" Hey guys!" I said.

" Hello there." Pyrrha said, smiling, " what are you two up to?"

" Oh... Ruby's gonna ask Weiss to the dance."

" WHAT?!" Jaune yelled.

" No! No! I'm not!" Ruby said. Pyrrha looked at Jaune, who was very upset about Ruby asking Weiss out. Then she looked at Ruby, and pulled her aside.

" Ruby, please ask Weiss out to the dance, no matter how mad Jaune is about it."

" I.. okay...." Ruby said nervously.

" Great!" Pyrrha said and walked back over to us. Ruby went straight inside our dorm. I followed her in, she was standing in front of Weiss,

" Weiss... will you go to the dance with me?" She said quietly.

Weiss was silent for a moment then said " ...yes..."

" REALLY!!!! YAAYYY!!!" Ruby yelled and hugged Weiss tightly.

" Don't make me change my mind you dolt!!" Weiss said, annoyed with Ruby hugging her super tight,  but she hugged her back anyway.
