Behind the door

Before we leave we should bring food water and phones and stuff I said. So you two find food and water and I will get other stuff upstairs okay?

Okay Said Henry 

I left them with a book bag and a duffle bag to stuff. While I went up stairs looking for my phone, a radio, earrbuds, clothing. I stuffed into my bag and my teddy bear that I've had since 1st grade. I know it's dumb but I may never come back home. Once I was fully packed I changed out of my pajamas and slippers. I put on my skinny jeans, my gray tøp shirt, and a big sweatshirt over it then I put my white converse on. I went to my bathroom and started to unravel my long blonde wavey messy hair. I was about to go down stairs but before I left I needed to find something of my parents. 

I went into their room and stopped for minute. I just looked around with my eyes beginning to fill with water. I stopped the tears from running down my face. First I went to my fathers dresser and grabbed the his favorite colon and sprayed it all over they through it in my overly stuffed bag. Then I went to my moms dresser and grabbed her favorite necklace that she said I would once have. Which I guess it's mine now unless she's alive and not infected.

After that I went down stairs and asked them if they are ready to go.

Umm yea just about but do you have any gummy worms? Asked Barb ( gummy bears are her absolute favorite)

Oh I always carry some they're also my favorite said Henry 

 Okay guys are you done with you gummy worm talk we gotta go. Both answered yes. Okay let's go. I slowly opened the door not knowing what is behind the door.
