CHAPTER 1 - The Legend -

*BBBBRRRIIIIIINNNNGGG*

"Susan, wake up! You're going to be late for third period!"

Cries Susan's friend, Sally, an average sized brunette with blue eyes.

"Ugh, five more minutes, mom."

Says Susan, a somewhat attractive blonde with hazel eyes.

"It's Sally, and we don't have five more minutes...and get off your math book, you're drooling on it."

"Fine, but it's not...my math...*yawn* ...book." Says Susan in a sleepy voice. "It's what I've been reading lately."

"Cool! Uh...I guess? What's it called?"

"The Legend of the Snake of Love, yah, I know...a lot of--of's"

"Not really, but lets hurry up and get to third period!"

*BBBRRIIINNNGGG*

"Take your seats!" Says the teacher, Mr. Broadwell.

"PSSTTT, Sally." I say in a whisper.

"What do you want?" She whispers back.

"Sally, did you know we had a test today?!" I say, kind of alarmed

"Oh, no, I didn't study!" Says Sally, keeping it at a whisper.

"Me neither." I whisper.

"Get out a COVERSHEET AND SOMETHING TO WRITE WITH!" Yells Mr. Broadwell.

(Oh man, am I gonna flunk! Oh...I don't have a pencil!)

"Hey, Sally, can I borrow a pencil?"

*AHEM* apparently you didn't know the test was out, Mrs. Fowler?!

"Uh--well--I---um.....no, uh, I didn't." (Why did it have to be Mr. Broadwell!?)

"I don't care if you knew, or not, there is no CHEATING in MY class! Office, NOW!" He yells.

(Oh no. What are my parents going to think, what's the principle gonna think, but worse of all--what's--<3 FRANCIS <3 gonna think!?) AKA the HOTTEST guy in class!! I like him, and I HOPE he likes me too! (What, a girl can dream, can't she?!?)

"OUT NOW!" Yells--guess who??

"Yes, sir, I'm going." I reply.

As I walk out, I notice that FRANCIS is staring at Sally! Not just any stare, a DREAMY stare! :|

As I storm out of the classroom, I'm glad I can at least have more studying time. Then, out of the blue, Mr. Broadwell yells, (not surprising), "you're getting a ZERO too!"

(What! Now this day just got worse!)
