"how many girls in the world can make me feel like this?"—marry me by jason derulo.

everything was in place.
the guests were seated,
the entourage was finished walking down the aisle.
the bride was queued to walk down in five minutes.
christian was sweating,
and nervous as a third grader in a talent show.
he checked his wristwatch,
three minutes.
he looked around the room and caught many eyes.
the teary eyes of his parents,
the happy eyes of his siblings,
the excited eyes of his nephew, and nieces.
one minute.
his eyes fell to the red carpet,
welcoming the moment he was awaiting.
but the bride wasn't there in that next minute.
and he was panicking.
thoughts were running through his mind;
and 'what if she doesn't show up?' was the most dominant.
but the doors suddenly burst open,
showing the beautiful bride gleaming with pure joy.
his tensed chest loosened.
"sorry! i tripped and had to redo some things." she awkwardly smiled,
as the guests laughed,
and the ceremony continued.
their eyes were on each other's as they neared.
the priest saying the words needed to be said,
and their vows being uttered lovingly.
"by the power vested in me by the state of virginia, i pronounce you husband, and wife. you may now kiss the bride."
christian smiled and pulled klarissa's veil back.
he put his hands on her neck and their lips connected like magnets.

they got married.
