As Abe entered this newly found hallway, he noticed it was much colder than the outside. Maybe it's normal he thought calmly. He walked down a hallway and saw stone pictures cut out in the walls. Each picture was different, and each telling a story. Only one really could be made out though. Abe walked over to it and studied it. It illustrated a man with spiked clothes, and a staff. The man had a mask on, and looked as though he was floating. There were people at his left and right, kneeling down to him. As if this guy were some sort of God. Who knows, maybe he was. Abe also squinted and noticed that in the background of the picture, there seemed to be frightened people, in a block of some sort of material, and appeared to be frozen. "That's odd." Abe said.

He moved on further in the hallway, trying to forget the painting. Abe walked until he found some sort of grate in the ground, and under it he could see a spiral staircase. He looked around the room and saw three pillars, 'There's that number three again.' he thought. Each pillar had each its own 3 animals on it. There was an arrow in the front of the pillar to signify the importance of your choice of animal. Abe took out the claw and saw the same animals: whale, serpent, bear. He went to the first pillar and turned it until the arrow aligned with the whale, then to the second and chose the serpent. Lastly, Abe went to the last one and imported the bear picture. The grate began to open, and scraped loudly against the top of the stairs, creating a hissing noise. Abe tilted his head as if the noise irritated his ears.

He then patted that claw as if it has done good, and tucked it into his pocket. He went down the narrow spiral, and touched the wall with his hand as he went down. There was a big door immediately after exiting the staircase. He opened it and a gush of cold winter air rushed him, even though it was mid summer. Abe got goosebumps and shivered a little. Yet again more tombs, and this time the skeletons and undead had swords buried with them. "Soldiers." Abe said aloud. At the end of the long hallway filled with death and nothing but sad tales, he saw a giant crypt. There was an engraving on the top, that had an ancient language on it so he could not read it.

Abe went over to one the open soldier tombs and took out an old rusty sword. He felt safer knowing he could've protected himself had anything happened. Abe then went to the giant crypt. He was sweating and nervous about what lay inside.
