Terra's pov
I could see that scarlet wanted to ask more but she didn't, I was interrupted in my thoughts when someone called her "Hey babe" she said smiling fake bitch ,that smile was so fake "oh really that's so sweet" oh really that's so sweet "no you hang up" at that I couldn't take it anymore " OH FOR PETE'S SAKE GIVE ME THE FUCKING PHONE I'LL HANG UP FOR THE BOTH OF YOU BASTARDS" I yelled as I took the phone from her hand and hang up, then I threw the phone at her. "TERRA WHAT THE HELL?!?" scarlet asked clearly angry "IM MAD OKAY ... IM MAD BECAUSE YOU'RE DATING JUSTIN AND YOU DON'T EVEN LIKE HIM ... I CAN SEE IT IM NOT BLIND SCARLET! OKAY! DO YOU UNDERSTAND OR DO I HAVE TO SPELL IT OUT FOR YOU?" I said wanting to strangle her "WHY DO YOU CARE IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS?" BITCH "UGH DON'T YOU GET IT? I LOVE HIM" she looked sorry then suprised then angry "WELL TO BAD BITCH HE'S MINE" I swear this girl is about to get punched so hard her grandkids will feel it. "UGHHHHHH" I groan as I walked out of the door. I kept walking and walking not daring to even look up. This is stupid. We're fighting over a boy. We're letting a stupid boy get in the way of our friendship. 7 YEARS getting drowned away over a stupid argument. Dang hormones. I got so lost in my thoughts that I hadn't even noticed I bumped into someone. "Oh I'm sorry" I said looking up. Damn this guy is finnnnnnnne. "Its okay" he said looking at me. He has such a deep voice ... it's so perfect. "So why do you look like you just got in an argument with your best friend over a boy?" I stood there amazed. ... wow he's a good guesser. "Because I just did" I said while looking down. My fists clenching in anger. Suddenly I felt someone grab my wrist and pull me into a hug. I look up confused. "Sorry is this making you uncomfortable, i-i just thought this would make you feel better" he says still holding my waist and scratching his neck. I smiled for the first time in like forever and hugged him back. "Thanks you're really sweet" I said burying my face in his chest. After about twenty minutes, yes twenty minutes we finally let go. Aw man that hug was amazing "So you wanna talk about what happened between you two?" He asked when we started walking "yes I guess so" I said.
When we sat down on a nearby bench I told him everything not missing a single detail. "That son of a bitch!" He said making me laugh he's so cute when he curses. He looks at me. "S-Sorry" he said "no really its fine" I said brushing it off. "So it seems like you need a break from all this .... do you want to come to the luau with me?" He asked while scratching his neck. My face lit up immediately. "YES" it was his turn for his face to light up. "Really?" He asked excitement burning in his eyes. "YEAH". "Okay I'll pick you up at 8" he said and I nod.
When we were walking again, we started talking about our childhoods. "Yeah and our inside joke was peanut butter" he said and I stopped in my tracks and looked at my ring.
*flashback*
"Here" he said slipping a ring on my finger. "This is your promise that I will find you one day" I nodded unable to speak. Today was the day that bèrto would be moving away to LA. Bèrto was my bestfriend and I guess boyfriend. We were In love... or at least what we thought was love. Suddenly tears started streaming down my face. Unable to stop them I just let them fall. "Hey hey hey, don't cry I'll find you" he said hugging me and stroking my back. "CHAD IT'S TIME TO GO" his mother called "bye bérto" I said into his chest still crying. "Bye yani" he pulled away and got into his car and waved at me. I waved back and saw his car and the moving van drive away.
*end of flashback*
"Are you okay?" He asked putting a hand on my shoulder. I look at him. "Bérto?" I asked. He looked at me. A mixture of emotions run across his face. "Yani?" He asked, and out of reflex I hugged him tighter than anyone else I've ever hugged. "OH MY GOSH BÉRTO" I yelled when we pulled away. "I could hardly even recognize you, you look so different" I said "So do you ... you got even more beautiful" he said making me blush. "I see you still wear the ring I gave you" he said looking at the ring. "Yeah it was my hope that one day we'd find each other" he pulled me into him. "I told you I'd find you" he said before he put his lips on mine. Oh my glob my first kiss! And its with bérto YASSS when we pulled away he looked at me and smiled.
